Gianluca proved to be a perfect host from before departure by providing us with useful information to feel at home from the moment we arrived. Perfect stay.

Excellent structure. Really comfortable and impeccably clean house. Large bathroom with window. Beautiful bedroom. Very comfortable beds (even for 4 people). The living room and kitchen are also spacious. Super-equipped kitchen, nothing is really missing. A kit with breakfast and water is also provided. There is also coffee, salt and oil. You can also enjoy a nice porch and outdoor area. Strategic location in a quiet place with the possibility of reaching all the attractions of the area in a very short time. Parking inside the garden of the property. There are also modern and well-maintained bicycles. Very friendly and always responsive host. He was able to satisfy all our needs, always with a smile. He also gave us great advice on places to eat or visit. In short, without exaggerating, I can say that it is highly recommended.

New house, very clean, well organized and well furnished. There are all the comforts you could need and more. The host has always been available for any questions and eventualities. The location, 10 minutes by car from the sea, is surrounded by fields and at night there is certainly no shortage of peace and quiet. The only "flaw", if you can call it that, is the incomplete signal coverage for the phone (which can be solved very well by walking around the house and looking for the area with the strongest signal). We stayed at Chiara's place for a competition on the beach, during the April 25 bridge. We often return to Pietrasanta during this time and we were really satisfied with the location and accommodation in general. Chiara was very kind in providing us with all the check-in information, which we were late, coming from afar. Everything went smoothly and the stay was really pleasant.
