We welcome you to a bourgeois house in the heart of the Chartrons, downtown Bordeaux, 3 minutes from Place des Quinconces and the Garonne. "Paul Doumer" tram station 100 m away (train station or airport) We have a large, completely independent room with private bathroom and toilet (ceiling height, original parquet...) You'll have this little guest house and its terrace just for you! Ideally located in a quiet area of the city center, with all the shops nearby. Located between the public garden, the river park and the Bordeaux park, this house is a 15-minute walk from the opera house. A real oasis in Bordeaux. The D Line TRAMWAY passes through our street, to take you directly to Place de la Bourse, the train station or even the airport.

Our house is located in the heart of the village, 500 meters from the aerocampus site and the welding institute. This is a room in our house. There are 5 bedrooms in total. We occupy 2. We offer two for rent. We dedicate a bathroom to our guests, to share when the 2 Bedrooms are rented. Each bedroom has a large 140 x 190 bed and an 80 x 190 adult bed We will limit access to the rooms to 3 people, including babies.
