Holiday rentals with breakfast in Le Bouscat

Very nice accommodation, I have rarely had the opportunity to book such clean accommodation (from the bedrooms to the bathrooms and the kitchen). Christelle responds quickly in the exchanges preceding the rental and during the rental if necessary. We highly recommend this accommodation and I keep it in my favorites, we will return without hesitation if the opportunity arises. Thank you, Christelle, for this beautiful performance worthy of professionals.

Had a wonderful stay! Excellent hosting. Very friendly and available hosts. Small apartment ideal for working and beautiful terrace + pool to chill out! As a bonus: seasonal fruits and the nearby nature space for jogging or other.

We stayed there for a few days. The place was fantastic with many activities and a beautiful view. As our stay was in sunny weather we actually decided to stay in for a day, and it was definitely worth it. The place was clean and tidy, with comfortable beds and clean beddings and towels. The additional bathroom was a good help. The heated pool was a highlight. The foosball table, darts and board games were great additions; and the quiet surroundings complemented the experience nicely. Definitely recommended as a gataway, and we would definitely consider having another stay in the future.

we stopped at Mathieu and Madeleine's during our trip to the Var. Access to the accommodation, not far from the highway, is easy. We were warmly welcomed by Madeleine (much nicer than the key boxes!). A platter of cold cuts/cheese was waiting for us, which is very nice. The accommodation is simple but very well maintained. Located in the countryside, the silence is deafening and guarantees a peaceful night! we'll keep the address for a future stop!

This was one of our best ever AirBnB experiences. The accommodation is situated in a beautiful wine valley. Perect for walking the dog and an easy walk to the beautiful village of Saint Emilion. The breakfast (invluded in the stay) was fresh, delicious and delivered to our door. Jeanne is a very kind host and we felt right at home (and we cannot speak a word of French). All in all we loved our stay and the area. Very highly recommended

Really lovely host who took good care of hosting us and took it to heart that we were comfortable! Perfectly embodies the original idea of the service, which is to offer passing visitors their own home. You feel like you're invited into the home of someone who has lived there and whose decor reflects their tastes and personalities, not a standardized place like a hotel without life and history. We'll come back because it's on genuine people like them that we can rely!

Super location. Close enough to trains, trams, and buses due to being next to the station. Walkable to marche de capuchin and downtown. Quiet. Fully equipped. Note that the entrance is on the south side of the building though Google Maps may take you to the north side. The first entrance door is a push and the second a pull. But once you get your fob and key you will have gotten used to entering the building and your room.

Warm and convivial welcome. Very cozy small studio in a quiet and peaceful environment. Very nice bedding. My stay was professional, so I was close to my place of work so very appreciated. I highly recommend it.

Great stay in Bordeaux! The space was great and super clean. But most importantly, the host was really great: super nice, respectful of our privacy while remaining super open and sociable. We even had a great barbecue together, it was a great time to share. Honestly, I'd recommend it without a second thought, and I'd be happy to come back! And thank you again for everything.

Located in a great neighbourhood in the heart of the old district in Bordeaux. Tons of restaurants, cafes, and wine bars to choose from. Our host, Julie, was amazing full of wonderful tidbits of information to help choose the best places to drink and dine. Plus a bonus was Hermes, the most cuddly cat, he was a great little warming addition to the home!

Monica’s place is amazing! Perfect for walking everywhere and delicious restaurants too. She is very hospitable leaving wine and food to prepare, if desired. We would definitely stay here when we return.!

Our stay with Laurent was very enjoyable. Laurent & his wife were very friendly and informative. Our room was very comfortable, the swimming pool was beautiful and the breakfast was delicious. We would happily stay again if in the area.

A beautiful place to stay. The garden and pool that surround the house are lovely and peaceful. The house is cool, peaceful and beautifully furnished. The summer kitchen is perfect for preparing a lunch or light dinner if you don’t want to eat out. Marine and Andre are incredible hosts, they were really responsive before the holiday helping me arrange a wine tasting at a local vineyard and were so welcoming once we arrived. The breakfast every morning was beautifully prepared and presented, and weather permitting eating it in the garden was a highlight of the stay. I could not recommend it highly enough, I wish we didn’t have to leave.

Francois is a super friendly local who can give you great advices where to go and what you must see. His kindness and advices leveled our stay up a lot and we got to see beautiful things in our short stay of 2 nights. I would always come back for a stay and not only because of the crepes every morning :)

Had a great time at Thierry's! The accommodation was as described: very clean, well-equipped, and located in a peaceful and relaxing setting. Thierry was extremely kind and available. He/she even helped me organize a visit to Saint-Émilion, which really enriched my stay. The pool was a real plus. And a special mention for the little tricolor cat of the house, a real booster of good humor! His presence made the atmosphere even warmer. Highly recommend this accommodation and would definitely stay again!

Michelle and Didier are welcoming and available hosts. Breakfast is lovely. I recommend the room for spending a few days in the immediate vicinity of the University Hospital and the university.

Everything was so above and beyond any expectations. The room was built beautifully with all the details and amenities for a comfortable stay. Jose and Lorette took such great care of us thoughtout our stay. Breakfast each morning was a delight with Lorette making her own yogurt and jam to go along with a spread of fresh baked goods and fruits. Jose was kind enough to provide us with a wine tasting from his collection. This, and walking through the neighboring vineyards was the highlight of the trip. Cannot recommend enough! Also FYI, his wines are sold to a certain 2 star Michelin restaurant in Bordeaux!
