Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Le Cannet

Unser Aufenthalt bei Carina war perfekt! Die Unterkunft ist genau wie beschrieben und das Loft ist super ausgestattet! Carine hat bei der Ausstattung so gut wie an alles gedacht. Die Außenanlage und der Pool waren auch super. Vielen Dank für den schönen Urlaub :)

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt! Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet – man hat sich sofort wie zu Hause gefühlt. Celine und Stephane waren unglaublich nett, herzlich und jederzeit hilfsbereit. Man merkt, dass ihnen das Wohl ihrer Gäste wirklich am Herzen liegt. Wir würden die Unterkunft jederzeit wieder buchen und können sie wärmstens weiterempfehlen. Vielen Dank für die tolle Gastfreundschaft!

Seldom have I been in places which are actually BETTER than in the photos. The place is very cosy and the terrace is great for a chillout. The entire area is nice and quiet, perfect for a bit of rest - but also just a 20 minutes drive to Cannes and several nice hip places. I hope I will return here!

Out of all places I have stayed in, this was by far one of the top. It was so beautiful with such a great location to all the amazing sites. This was our first time in the south of France (traveling with a small child) and wanted to stay somewhere beautiful, central and quiet. This was definitely THE place. First I cannot describe how beautiful the house was and it had the most lovely sea view, it was so tranquil. Nathalie was a wonderful host and made us feel so welcome. The nearest sandy beach was about 5-10 min away in either direction. It is 3-5 walk to old town. 10-15min walk to the train station. Antibes is gorgeous and has amazing food/shopping/anything you want. We bought a 7day train pass and went to most of the other local villes and beaches. We had a fabulous vacation and were sad to leave. We would come back and rent this place again in a heart beat! Merci pour tout Nathalie!!!

Merci Chrystelle pour un séjour plus qu’agréable. Dès notre arrivée, nous avons été séduit par la beauté de la propriété et par votre passion pour la culture de fleurs et plantes médicinales. Nous avons découvert le géranium Rosat grâce à vous et en apprécions la délicatesse en tisane que nous dégustons en souvenir de notre passage à Grasse. La chapelle est un endroit agréable et confortable décoré avec soin. Nous y retournerons fort probablement et recommandons d’y passer plusieurs jours à quiconque souhaite découvrir la région.

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt! Die Lage war super um zu entspannen aber auch um Unternehmungen zu machen. Dafür haben die Gastgeber viele gute Tipps. Die Wohnung war richtig schön einfach zum wohlfühlen. Danke!

We’ve just returned from the most unforgettable stay — and honestly, we didn’t want to leave. From the moment we arrived, everything was pure perfection. The setting is absolutely stunning, with beautiful grounds that feel like something out of a dream. The accommodation itself was stylish, spotless, and so thoughtfully put together. The pool area was a slice of paradise — peaceful, relaxing, and impeccably maintained. Julien and his family were the most gracious hosts, making us feel completely at home from the very beginning. Logement très propre, super rapport qualité prix. Proximité des transports et du blvd Carnot, pratique pour descendre sur Cannes, 10min en Bus et arrêt à 50m de l’appartement. Au plaisir de revenir. Je recommande.

We had a truly lovely week staying at Patricia’s apartment and are very grateful for her warm hospitality. The apartment is on the lower ground floor of a beautiful, grand French house in a peaceful residential area. It’s rare to find such a charming place where you have private use of both a garden and a swimming pool! Travelling with our 14-month-old on one of our first trips as a family, we found the layout ideal and outside area is very private. The swimming pool was a real highlight—always the perfect temperature for a refreshing dip throughout the day. We’d highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway. It's perfectly situated: within easy reach of Cannes, yet just a short walk from the heart of Le Cannet, a lovely village with a calm, laid-back atmosphere.

Lovely quaint apartment, in a secure building with parking! Easy walk down to the main promenade. Barbara was amazing and communicated with us the whole time with clear instructions about the apartment, would highly recommend and stay again

Der Aufenthalt bei Matthias war absolut top – 5 von 5 Sternen! Ich war während des Lions Festivals in Cannes dort untergebracht, und die Lage war perfekt: Mit dem Auto nur 13 Minuten bis ins Zentrum. Die Unterkunft war sauber, ruhig und super entspannt – genau das, was man nach einem vollen Tag in Cannes braucht. Klare Empfehlung!

Ich hatte einen grossartigen Aufenthalt in Claudias Unterkunft! Die Wohnung war klein, aber sehr fein – absolut sauber, gut ausgestattet und mit allem versehen, was man braucht. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die zentrale Lage: Für diesen Preis findet man in Cannes kaum etwas Vergleichbares mit so gutem Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Der Check-in verlief vollkommen unkompliziert, und Claudia war während des gesamten Aufenthalts jederzeit erreichbar – sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Als besondere Geste hat sie sogar ein kleines Gastgeschenk dagelassen: selbstgemachtes Olivenöl – wirklich aufmerksam und herzlich! Ein weiteres Highlight war der Balkon – gerade in so zentraler Lage ist das keine Selbstverständlichkeit. Auch wenn die Wohnung leicht ringhörig ist, ist das in der Gegend durchaus üblich und hat den Aufenthalt keineswegs beeinträchtigt. Ich bin jedes Jahr in Cannes und werde Claudias Unterkunft ganz sicher wieder buchen.

I cannot thank Xavier enough for the stay! This space is absolutely incredible, and is exactly as shown in the photos. It’s in an ideal location and is central to everything you’d want to see and do in Cannes! Not to mention , the building itself is gorgeous. Xavier also provides ample recommendations, and is super responsive and flexible with the check in/ check out process. If I’m ever back in Cannes, I will be staying here again for sure! Highly recommended anyone books this spot for your next trip to Cannes ☺️

Un grand merci à nos hôtes pour leur accueil vraiment chaleureux ! Malgré notre arrivée très tardive, ils ont été d’une grande gentillesse et très compréhensifs. Le logement était impeccable, très propre et confortable, et on a adoré sa proximité avec la mer. On s’y est sentis comme chez nous. Une belle adresse qu’on recommande les yeux fermés, et où on reviendra avec plaisir !

Si vous cherchez un lieu paisible, avec une vue à couper le souffle et parfait pour un moment romantique en couple. Ce logement est fait pour vous. Le matin vous vous réveillerez avec le chant des oiseaux, le soir vous admirerez le coucher du soleil avec cette vue dégagée sur Cannes et ses environs. Julien est un hôte très agréable, souriant, très réactif qui prend soin de son logement autant dans la décoration, la propreté des lieux, les équipements qu'il propose pour que vous passiez un formidable moment à deux. Nous étions heureux de retrouver ce petit trésor, tous les soirs.

We absolutely loved this cozy and beautiful apt. The view was worth the money! Frederic was super nice and helpful, responsive and flexible, provided recommendations for local restaurants. Walkable to the beach, coffee shops, restaurants and grocery stores. We found the parking right outside the building very easy too!

Best view. That’s pretty much all you need to know. The place is great - small but compact with everything you need! Just a few min walk to one of the best beaches in the neighborhood, the old town is a 5 min walk away. Plenty of restaurants around. Can’t recommend it enough!

François ist ein toller Host, mein Flug war leider verspätet und François war flexibel und hat auf mich gewartet. Die Unterkunft liegt total zentral, direkt am Bahnhof und war genauso wie beschrieben. Sie hat alles, was man für einen kurzen Aufenthalt in Cannes braucht. Ich habe nicht viel Zeit in der Unterkunft selbst verbracht, aber sie ist sehr gut ausgestattet und hat alles, was man brauchst. Das Bett war für ein Schlafsofa auch sehr bequem. François war jederzeit erreichbar. Vielen Dank für alles

Beds very comfortable. Waking up to a dreamy view was heavenly. Just could not get enough! Alexandra is super sweet and kind. Made our stay even more enjoyable. Honestly, we did not want to leave. Everything was absolutely perfect. Location so central and like 8-10 minutes walking distance to the beach and all the happenings in tgr old town and the famous shoppings streets. . Anyone would fall in love with this place! Can’t go wrong! Highly recommend Alexandra’s stunning apartment.
