Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Le Cannet

Our stay at Carina's was perfect! The accommodation is exactly as described and the loft is superbly equipped! Carine has thought of almost everything in the furnishings. The outdoor area and the pool were also great. Thank you for the lovely holiday :)

We had a wonderful stay! The accommodation was very clean and furnished with great attention to detail - you immediately felt at home. Celine and Stephane were incredibly nice, warm and always helpful. You can tell that they really care about the well-being of their guests. Seldom have I been in places which are actually BETTER than in the photos. The place is very cosy and the terrace is great for a chillout. The entire area is nice and quiet, perfect for a bit of rest - but also just a 20 minutes drive to Cannes and several nice hip places. I hope I will return here!

Out of all places I have stayed in, this was by far one of the top. It was so beautiful with such a great location to all the amazing sites. This was our first time in the south of France (traveling with a small child) and wanted to stay somewhere beautiful, central and quiet. This was definitely THE place. First I cannot describe how beautiful the house was and it had the most lovely sea view, it was so tranquil. Nathalie was a wonderful host and made us feel so welcome. The nearest sandy beach was about 5-10 min away in either direction. It is 3-5 walk to old town. 10-15min walk to the train station. Antibes is gorgeous and has amazing food/shopping/anything you want. We bought a 7day train pass and went to most of the other local villes and beaches. We had a fabulous vacation and were sad to leave. We would come back and rent this place again in a heart beat! Merci pour tout Nathalie!!!

Chrystelle was very approachable throughout, from booking, through our stay until our leaving. The place is beautiful, so is the whole property very well taken care of. The chapel lacks nothing, was spotless and the guests await a proper folder with detailed information about Grasse. Chrystelle is very warm, sophisticated and a respectful host. We would love to go back soon. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Experience the most authentic southern French country life.Beautiful stone house, beautiful lake view, even if you go the wrong way to the lake, it is a beautiful trip.The room is clean and cozy.The hostess and host are very kind people and will give you a lot of privacy.The most special thing is the two gun dogs, I want to take them home directly ∠(｀ω´*).

We’ve just returned from the most unforgettable stay — and honestly, we didn’t want to leave. From the moment we arrived, everything was pure perfection. Very clean accommodation, great value for money. Close to transport and Boulevard Carnot, convenient for going down to Cannes, 10 min by bus and stop 50 m from the apartment. Looking forward to coming back. Recommended.

We had a truly lovely week staying at Patricia’s apartment and are very grateful for her warm hospitality. The apartment is on the lower ground floor of a beautiful, grand French house in a peaceful residential area. It’s rare to find such a charming place where you have private use of both a garden and a swimming pool! Travelling with our 14-month-old on one of our first trips as a family, we found the layout ideal and outside area is very private. The swimming pool was a real highlight—always the perfect temperature for a refreshing dip throughout the day. We’d highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway. It's perfectly situated: within easy reach of Cannes, yet just a short walk from the heart of Le Cannet, a lovely village with a calm, laid-back atmosphere.

Lovely quaint apartment, in a secure building with parking! Easy walk down to the main promenade. Barbara was amazing and communicated with us the whole time with clear instructions about the apartment, would highly recommend and stay again

The place is pretty well located, 35min walking distance from the centre of Cannes. Buses are also available, however, we’ve been here during the Cannes Film Festival, and found public transport pretty unreliable, I assume because of constant traffic. Luckily walking towards Cannes is downhill and pretty easy. In order to return we either took a bus or an Uber(around 12-13 eur in May 2025). The place has two little balconies with a very pretty view from the hill. All necessary amenities are there and the communication with hosts has been great. All in all it was a great experience for us! Looking forward to coming back one day!

Beautiful apartment. It has the best location. Walkable to every place we wanted to go. Beach bar, restaurants, old town, harbour. Recommend 100%. Host is extremely responsive and warm, instantly happy with by booking.

Great stay, cute place. We had a lot of humidity so they purchased a fan for us to use. Eva speaks only French so be ready to use Google translate, but she was lovely and very helpful. Very relaxing stay and nice complex. Parking spot is a great amenity as well.

Easily one of the best AirBnBs we have ever stayed at. The place was spotless, beautiful and so thoughtfully designed. It looked even better than the pictures. Fanny was a wonderful host, allowing us to check in early and also answering all our questions. The apartment was fully stocked with everything we needed and even a full week seemed too short to stay here. The village of Valbonne is the most beautiful little place to spend time - amazing restaurants, bars, shops, the Friday market - so much to do here, and super well connected with cities like Nice through public transport if you don’t have a car. Cannot recommend this apartment highly enough. Would give it 10 stars if I could. Do not hesitate to book!!

We had a fantastic stay! The apartment is beautiful, very spacious, and tastefully decorated. It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location is perfect — just a short walk to the beach and the old town of Cannes. There’s also a bus stop right in front of the building, and parking right outside was easy. We truly enjoyed our time here and would love to come back!

I cannot thank Xavier enough for the stay! This space is absolutely incredible, and is exactly as shown in the photos. It’s in an ideal location and is central to everything you’d want to see and do in Cannes! Not to mention , the building itself is gorgeous. Xavier also provides ample recommendations, and is super responsive and flexible with the check in/ check out process. If I’m ever back in Cannes, I will be staying here again for sure! Highly recommended anyone books this spot for your next trip to Cannes ☺️

If you are looking for a peaceful place, with a breathtaking view and perfect for a romantic moment as a couple. This accommodation is made for you. In the morning you will wake up to the birds singing, in the evening you will admire the sunset with this unobstructed view of Cannes and its surroundings. Julien is a very pleasant, smiling, very responsive host who takes care of his accommodation in terms of the decoration, the cleanliness of the premises, the amenities he offers so that you have a wonderful time together. We were happy to find this little treasure, every night.

We absolutely loved this cozy and beautiful apt. The view was worth the money! Frederic was super nice and helpful, responsive and flexible, provided recommendations for local restaurants. Walkable to the beach, coffee shops, restaurants and grocery stores. We found the parking right outside the building very easy too!

Best view. That’s pretty much all you need to know. The place is great - small but compact with everything you need! Just a few min walk to one of the best beaches in the neighborhood, the old town is a 5 min walk away. Plenty of restaurants around. Can’t recommend it enough!

François is a great host, my flight was unfortunately delayed and François was flexible and waited for me. The accommodation is totally central, right at the train station and was exactly as described. It has everything you need for a short stay in Cannes. I didn't spend much time in the accommodation itself, but it is very well equipped and has everything you need. The bed was also very comfortable for a sofa bed. François was always available. Christophe and Véronique welcomed us very well they are very responsive and at the same time discreet, very clean and pleasant accommodation with small private wooded and flowered courtyard, 20 minutes walk from the center of Cannes, buses and shops nearby. I would this property.

Beds very comfortable. Waking up to a dreamy view was heavenly. Just could not get enough! Alexandra is super sweet and kind. Made our stay even more enjoyable. Honestly, we did not want to leave. Everything was absolutely perfect. Location so central and like 8-10 minutes walking distance to the beach and all the happenings in tgr old town and the famous shoppings streets. . Anyone would fall in love with this place! Can’t go wrong! Highly recommend Alexandra’s stunning apartment.
