Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Le Controis-en-Sologne

Le Pressoir de Bûcher was a beautifully decorated house with a pleasant garden, and quite family friendly, too. Close to plenty of attractions, such as Châteux de Cheverny and the Zoo. Cleanliness was less than perfect but still this was very good value for money.

We had a great time at Aurelie's home. Everything was as described and the communication was perfect. The house is very quiet, well-equipped and ideally located in the heart of the city with all the shops and restaurants nearby. It is an ideal location for a family stay close to the castles of the Loire and other activities offered in Sologne. For a first experience with our 6-month-old daughter, we couldn't have hoped for better and we recommend it 100% 😊

We spent two wonderful days in this beautiful accommodation accompanied by its very pleasant and quiet garden. The bedding was perfect. Anne-Laure was very welcoming and advised us on many places. We'll be happy to go back!

we were delighted with our stay at the bohemian barn, unfortunately too short a stay. I would have stayed longer because we feel very good there. the rental is impeccable and the owners are charming. the location is perfect for visiting a lot of castles nearby. i recommend it and will be happy to come back.

We had a wonderful week in Jocelyne's well-kept cottage! A lovely garden with various seating areas and beautiful views of the Loire. In June, the roses are in full bloom. The cottage is well equipped, and has a French cozy atmosphere. The bedroom is spacious and has a good bed. Communication with Jocelyne was friendly and quick. The area offers many opportunities for beautiful bike rides (e.g. Chambord castle) or walks along the Loire. In short, a nice B&B!

Excellent stay in Frédéric's spacious and peaceful place! Convenient location and easy to find, parking is specially provided. There's also childcare equipment available and some games in the garden. Happy hosting your family.

Claude and Ginette are charming and very attentive. They care about satisfying their hosts. Their accommodation in the countryside is very pleasant and has the necessary equipment for a hassle-free stay. I highly recommend and thank them for their warm welcome.

Françoise is a person with whom relationships can easily be friendly. This little nest for 2 is welcoming and relaxing and close to the city center so you can walk around without any problems. Bikes are sheltered and locked.

Thank you to Julien for this quality and very well located accommodation: close to the city center of Blois (25 min walk) but quiet and very well located to visit the many castles of the Loire. It was cool, which was very appreciable in the evening after days of sightseeing in the heat! The hammock in the bedroom is a little extra to relax with a good book. Finally, Julien is very considerate and responsive so we highly recommend 👍

Bénédicte is a very responsive and pleasant host. Its accommodation, located in a quiet residence with parking space, allowed us to be close to the Beauval zoo park. Everything is as described. Clean, tidy, and arranged. The instructions were very clear. We had to rent her other accommodation on a different date, having had an organizational problem she was very understanding and accommodating. Loved the place, large beautiful green outdoor space. It was quiet and spacious space. Outdoor furniture. Secure premises. Philippe and his wife were very friendly and accommodating. The bakery a few doors down beside the meat market is to die for! The train station is a 7 minute walk away. Pleasant walk across the river to old Ambois town centre.

Just right for a good time. The small terrace full of beautiful flower smells is really an excellent surprise!

You can't find a better service that perfectly matches the description on the site. The humility of our hosts in relation to their "novitiate" in AirB&B and their desire to receive any criticism or proposal for improvement are very commendable. But as it is specified in many opinions published before mine, Jean-Noël and Cathy are already at the top. Also, any improvements will be minor details compared to the general situation. Thanks again to them for the pleasant stay we had at their place.

Very well-equipped apartment. Everything is sparkling clean. Within cycling distance of the city center with many restaurants. The bakery is within walking distance to get delicious baguettes in the morning and more. Supermarkets are also in short proximity. Bicycles could be safely stored in the basement room on the bottom left of the apartment building and the wagon can be placed in the open parking space with enclosed bareel. Places too over to park.👌👍

Small but very functional apartment and very well arranged to save maximum space. There were 4 of us including 2 children and we slept perfectly in the apartment. We were even able to unfold our crib from the baby and move around the apartment easily. Located on the heights of Montrichard, the view from the balcony is clear enough to admire the surroundings. The location of this apartment was perfect for going to Beauval Zoo, just a 20 minute drive away! Great value, tidy and clean, I recommend this apartment!

We just returned from our stay in Blois and we were very satisfied with the residence. The location is amazing and the house was a great value compared to others we researched. We ate lovely meals there with food from the local shops and enjoyed the view. There are a few caveats to share that didn't negatively impact our stay, but should be shared for clarity. There are two toilettes in the house on two different level and they are shared by all guests. There are in-room bathing and sinks in each bedroom, but only one room has a stand up shower. The other two are designed to combine with a bath. There is another shower on the main level, but it is not as convenient as having it in-room. There is also no realistic parking on site and the center town is crowded. We used the paid parking that is very close and convenient, but was an extra 15 euro per day. Lastly, it is good to know this is an old building with neighbors, so there is some noise. Our co-host was also fantastic. Merci!

Quiet house with a beautiful green space nearby, access to the pool is self-contained , possibility to see deer on the back of the house. Martine is a responsive shame by message, who likes to welcome us upon arrival and give us a tour of the owner. Strawberries upon arrival, a bit of valley on the table, a ticket for the parking lot of the Château de Chambord, a bed already made... these small gestures make Martine a very attentive host. It is also good advice about restaurants, activities or tips in the area

We had a lovely time at the Poulain cottage. Château de Blois and the Museum of Magic are reached by foot in less than 10 minutes. Shops are also within walking distance. The private parking space included with the rental is a real plus. This allows you to leave the car during the stay. In addition to the exceptional location of the cottage, it has been renovated in the former home of Mr. Poulain founder of the brand in his name, and the cottage has been tastefully decorated with posters of the brand. Documents (TV documentary, book) on the history of the Poulain brand are available in the cottage to make the stay also a cultural moment. We highly recommend it. Thank you very much

Very well equipped and very clean accommodation. True to the description on the internet. Self check-in appreciated. Only negative point: the bedroom window equipped with a very small curtain that opens into the hallway.
