Located on the road to the castles, between Chambord and Cheverny, come and recharge your batteries for a few days in the peace and quiet of our house, restored in 2019. On a completely enclosed plot, the house is ideally located in the town center of the commune facing the bakery and restaurant. Ideal place to discover the Region and its riches: Sologne, banks of the Loire, visit to Beauval Zoo (Most beautiful zoo in France) and the many castles of the Loire. Bike path passes in front of the house.

The nearest shops (bakery, grocery store, butcher shop) are 4 km away in THENAY, and all other shops are 7 km away in CONTRES. Furnished tourist property not suitable for hosting people with disabilities. NO AIR CONDITIONING but 2 fans.

Independent cottage with two large bedrooms, in one there are two large 160 beds, and in the other there is a large 160 bed and two 90 beds (separate shower room and toilet), large living room with kitchen area (oven, stove, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee maker, kettle, toaster). Between Cheverny and Chambord, you will be seduced by the quiet and bucolic environment of our 34 m² cottage located in the heart of the Sologne countryside. Composed of an entrance, a living room with an equipped kitchen and a sofa bed (130 cm: for 2 children or 1 adult), a bedroom with a 140 cm bed, a bathroom and a separate toilet. Terrace area with unobstructed views of our park of more than 2 hectares (not fenced).

The Cave of Moulin de la Motte Baudoin

Welcome to the Grotte du Moulin! This natural loft is embedded in a limestone mound and will surprise you with its irregularity. It consists of a large kitchen open to the living room and a bedroom with bathroom separated by a sliding garage door. In the bedroom, you have a double bed (160 cm) and in the living room a single bed (90 cm) with a non-convertible sofa that can be used as a small bed.

The house and flat attached are perched on elevated grounds with a very beautiful view of the valley. The property is set amongst vineyards and forest above and a park below it.
