On a completely enclosed plot, the house is ideally located in the town center of the commune facing the bakery and restaurant. Ideal place to discover the Region and its riches: Sologne, banks of the Loire, visit to Beauval Zoo (Most beautiful zoo in France) and the many castles of the Loire. The Jacuzzi, on the covered terrace, is heated all year round and is only for you. The nearest shops (bakery, grocery store, butcher shop) are 4 km away in THENAY, and all other shops are 7 km away in CONTRES. Furnished tourist property not suitable for hosting people with disabilities. NO AIR CONDITIONING but 2 fans.

Independent cottage with two large bedrooms, in one there are two large 160 beds, and in the other there is a large 160 bed and two 90 beds (separate shower room and toilet), large living room with kitchen area (oven, stove, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee maker, kettle, toaster). Wi-Fi is included. Private SPA at the cottage in a separate room. Beds made on arrival, towels and linens, household products and final cleaning included.

This is not a converted cellar but a real dwelling carved into the hillside and inhabited for more than three centuries. Furnished while preserving the original materials as much as possible, it is a cozy and warm nest with a pretty, well-enclosed garden, close to amenities.

Our cave house is located on the edge of Loches, with a great view of the castle, a private terrace and a barbecue; it can accommodate a couple and possibly two children. Very close to the city center, you can leave your car in the small private parking lot and do everything on foot (10 minutes from the city center). You can also discover magnificent sites: Amboise, Chenonceau, Beauval Zoo, Montrésor… We offer, when we can, breakfast on the 1st day.
