Simon and Katya where amazing hosts. Very friendly and always available if needed. Checkin was super easy and smooth. The pictures did not do the place justice, it was much nicer in person. Very clean and comfortable. The home was well equipped with the basics needed. Location was ideal just 15 minutes from st tropez and 15 minutes to the beach’s yet the home was quiet and peaceful with nature. I would highly recommend staying here. Easley a 10/10 experience.

the location of the small house is perfect for making all types of excursions. It is small, but has everything needed. there is a lot of nice details, like the bedlinen, the fragrances and the kitchen utensils.

We stayed for 3 nights as a group of 11. The villa was lovely, exactly how it looks in the images. We stayed local for the first night and walked to a local restaurant for dinner. The villa was also a great base to explore other areas, we got taxis to both Nice and Cannes. Jesper was also super helpful and had great communication. We would definitely recommend this villa :)

Great house with a wonderful view. Nice pool, well equipped kitchen., good showers. Outside area lovely. Car park was very convenient. Walking distance to beaches. We felt at home immediately and would love to come back. Thank you Valerie for making us feel welcome! Anne & Jacob

Marie-Laure was very responsive & helpful from point of enquiry. The pictures and description of Villa are accurate. The Villa is finished to a very high standard, with stunning views and all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay are provided. Mattresses & bedding are of a high quality. Spotlessly clean. Barbara provided a great welcome. Pool was lovely and lots of loungers and very comfortable chairs positioned so you can choose between sun and shade. Beach very close, with delicious crepes and beach bars within a few minutes walk. SPA shop and bakery within walking distance. All in all we had a fabulous stay and wouldn’t hesitate to return. There were three of us in the house in early May 2025 with Celine and Julien. Both are very accommodating and friendly, inquiries were answered promptly. Thanks for both of you. The house is perfectly located for visits to the surrounding villages and towns (Antibes, Cannes, Nice, etc.) as well as for starting long hikes. The pool offers a very nice and gladly used opportunity for refreshment afterwards. The rooms are very nice, the kitchen huge and invites you to cook with friends. We would always love to come again. We enjoyed our stay with Dominique to the fullest. The surroundings are fantastically beautiful - in the middle of nature, quiet and full of positive energy. Just the right place to unwind and relax. The house itself is lovingly designed and very well maintained. Dominique is a very warm and attentive hostess who is very committed to making sure that you feel completely comfortable. Chloe is super friendly and very good to reach. The property is well fenced so our dog could run free. Unfortunately, the pool in mid-September at 21 degrees was too cold for us at outside temperatures of 23-28 degrees. We were asked on day 1 and 2 by the tenant of the lower apartment to be quieter than we played in the pool with our 1-year-old daughter. The lady's bedroom is next to the pool. I don't know why you should be quiet at 4 at noon. Unfortunately, we heard the lady's TV very clearly in our apartment in the evening. The terrace often smells like cigarette smoke. But otherwise everything was great and to our full satisfaction. We didn't complain to Chloe. Thank you Chloe for a very nice holiday in the top equipped house! 😀

Very happy with our stay in Cannes. The apartment was perfectly suited to our needs & a short walk from everything Cannes has to offer. The host was very fast to reply and everything in the air BnB was well equipped, clean & beautiful.

Very good stay in this beautiful apartment with a magnificent view 🤩 where we could enjoy a terrace in the shade in the evening. The city center is a 25-minute walk (Veillat beach) and our host is very friendly and responsive. We'll be back, thank you Justine👌

Impeccable and nicely decorated home. The proximity to the beach is an asset, there is just the road to cross. We only use the bottom and not the upper bedrooms. Impeccable communication, flexibility for arrival and departure. I wanted to emphasize the very friendly and serious welcome of the person in charge of arrival and departure.

Antoine’s home was spectacular in person. Our family of four thoroughly enjoyed the space, pool and location. What a fantastic spot! They were also extremely responsive and would highly recommend for anyone considering this amazing property. Great location as well in between St.Tropez and Saint Maxime.

Gilles’ home is so lovely and relaxing and offers space to spread out (there were 6 of us). We felt right at home immediately. We cooked dinner 3 nights and the kitchen was well equipped. Small grocery within walking distance and larger stores within 15 mins drive. We ate at nice Italian restaurant in Gassin and had a great meal. Close to beaches. Highly recommend this location and this home!

Absolutely recommended 🙂 The apartment is very cozy, located in a quiet and well-maintained residence. The nearest sea and hiking trails are a 5-10 minute walk away. David is a very friendly and polite host. On the days of arrival and departure, we were warmly welcomed by his father. This stay reminded us of a holiday with our beloved grandparents:-)
