Le Cocon Mini-chalet

This mini chalet will charm you with its large fenestration overlooking nature. Its small intimate terrace has a BBQ , propane fireplace, hammocks and a dining area. This chalet can accommodate 2 people. You have all the essentials for cooking. it is equipped with a compost toilet and a shower with hot water. A double bed on the mezzanine overlooking the stars. All our cottages have access to the lake with dock and kayaks and paddle boards are at your disposal.

The chalet is 35 minutes from Mont Edouard ski slopes, 25 minutes from Saguenay Fjord National Park, less than 1 hour from Tadoussac (whale cruises), 45 minutes from Charlevoix Casino, etc.

The ground floor is open plan, surrounded by 7 patio doors, full bathroom (glass shower), laundry room and a vestibule. The slate floor is heated. Wood fireplace in the living room and 60-inch TV screen. Washer & dryer, Wifi for remote work, outdoor fireplace, wood included on arrival, BBQ (only in summer). Privacy assured.

NEW HOUSE — A few steps from Le Bootlegger restaurant, this magnificent house will offer you serenity and calm with your family or friends (max 4 people). With its accents of interior painted wooden walls, you will find modernity and tranquility. Less than 15 minutes from downtown La Malbaie. Our house was entirely designed and built by our own hands (or rather my contractor spouse haha).
