Located within the historic town walls and very close to all local amenities including shops, cafes and restaurants, beautiful buildings and public spaces and a short walk to the historic port of Dinan. The characterful house dates from the 17th Century and is well equipped and furnished to ensure a happy and comfortable stay.

Cutlery and cooking utensils are provided. The bedroom has a 180 cm king-size bed, shower area and large bathtub. Cleaning is included, so free, the bed is made. It is in the centre of a very small village which has a bakery, small convenience shop, cafes and restaurants. It is a short walk to the beach. This is a convenient location for the Mont St Michel and exploring the Brittany/Normandie border.

This is an old outbuilding where cider was made, completely renovated on 36m2 on the ground with a floating mezzanine floor. The accommodation is independent and offers all the modern comforts of a current home with all the useful equipment. The private park of more than 5000m2 is accessible to travelers who can also go see the goats and sheep in their enclosure.
