You will be ideally located 17 minutes from Angers, 45 minutes from Nantes, 2 km from shops, 4 km from a swimming pond (supervised in summer).

The house is located in the hamlet of La Jaillette, on the Oudon River. The place is rich in heritage (12th-13th century priory church open for visits). I restored it with the most natural materials (cob, lime, hemp, old floor tiles, etc.). It consists of a living room with kitchenette (20 m2), a bathroom with shower (4 m2) and a bedroom upstairs under the attic insulated with wood wool. Private garden with furniture and umbrella.

Located in Montreuil-Juigné, our outbuilding is a 5-minute walk from the Mayenne, ideal for beautiful walks or bike rides. Our town has all the amenities and is a 10-minute drive to downtown Angers (possibility to take the bus and tram). The place can accommodate up to 3 people (1 couple + 1 child).

Our new gîte, classified as a 4-star furnished tourist accommodation, has been fully renovated and will delight you with the quality of its facilities. You will feel at home. The cottage has a ground floor accessible to people with reduced mobility (PRM). After opening our first cottage "Aux 3 ruisseaux" in 2021, we are opening this 2nd cottage in 2025: "Au soleil levant". The cottage sleeps 8.
