A charming little house in the countryside.

The house is located in the hamlet of La Jaillette, on the Oudon River. The place is rich in heritage (12th-13th century priory church open for visits). I restored it with the most natural materials (cob, lime, hemp, old floor tiles, etc.). It consists of a living room with kitchenette (20 m2), a bathroom with shower (4 m2) and a bedroom upstairs under the attic insulated with wood wool. Private garden with furniture and umbrella.

We welcome you to a cottage, Accueil Paysan label, former barn renovated at the exit of the village. Tourism: Loire Layon and Anjou Bleu. 11 to 3 km away. Numerous tours nearby, information on site. Free Wi-Fi. Breakfast included, everything you need in the cottage, organic, local or homemade products. Private outdoor space and access to the entire property to enjoy our animals, chickens, ducks, cats.

Our new gîte, classified as a 4-star furnished tourist accommodation, has been fully renovated and will delight you with the quality of its facilities. You will feel at home. The cottage has a ground floor accessible to people with reduced mobility (PRM). After opening our first cottage "Aux 3 ruisseaux" in 2021, we are opening this 2nd cottage in 2025: "Au soleil levant". The cottage sleeps 8.
