This little house is located on a 1.5 ha property, next to the source of the Moselle in the middle of the forest, 3 km from the village of Bussang. The house is located nearby the GR531, halfway up the mountain Drumont (820 m) in the high Vosges, edge Alsace in a paragliding, skiing and hiking area. It has wood stoves and parking. In Bussang you will find restaurants, shops and a bakery. Also the "Théâtre du Peuple", a unique theater with a cultural program every year in July and August.

In a green setting away from all the hustle and bustle, it offers a lot of calm and a change of scenery. you will appreciate the ideal living environment for relaxation and hiking (lakes, waterfall, etc.). Quiet contemporary house of 90 m2 at an altitude of 600 meters, located in Le Ménil on 1 HA of land, with a magnificent view of the mountain. My accommodation is close to hiking trails. You will appreciate the peaceful location and calm in a beautiful setting. During the school holidays I only rent from Saturday to Saturday (so Minimum 7 Days) On-site charging station at a rate of 0.22 cts/kwh.
