Ideally located in Serre Chevalier 1500. 70 m2 family apartment, bright and comfortable, on the second floor of a small residence. Composed of an entrance with cupboard and toilet. Then a living room, dining room, fully equipped kitchen, opening onto a balcony with mountain views, facing south. Upstairs a large bedroom with a double bed (160 cm) and storage, a bathroom with toilet and washing machine, a bedroom with bunk beds and a sink area. Hi. we rent a nice 25 m2 studio in the heart of Mônetier-les-Bains with a sunny southeast-facing balcony with mountain views and on the banks of the Guisane. Great for breakfast or lunch in the sun :-) The location is great: - The slopes are 400 m away on foot. - Cross-country skiing and snowshoeing trail at the foot of the building. - The baths and the small cinema are 200 m away. - Bakery, Sherpa, restaurants and shops are 300 m away. Located a 2-minute walk to the village center and 200 meters to the shuttle to the ski area, it offers easy access to all amenities. Ideal for ski holidays or mountain getaways in any season (hiking, cycling, climbing, via ferrata, etc.) or enjoy the Grands Bains.

Small wooden chalet in the mountains

Everything is there, but you have to go: Warning access: Narrow 4 km mountain dirt road accessible with a rugged vehicle (highly recommended). We do not recommend climbing in new and/or low-body vehicles. Altitude 1650 meters. From the beginning of December to the end of March, due to snow, the climb is only done by hiking, about 45 minutes. Four golf holes (pitch and putt), clubs and balls are at your disposal.
