Great for breakfast or lunch in the sun :-) The location is great: - The slopes are 400 m away on foot. - Cross-country skiing and snowshoeing trail at the foot of the building. - The baths and the small cinema are 200 m away. - Bakery, Sherpa, restaurants and shops are 300 m away. Our apartment is new, delivered in July 2024 with a magnificent view of the mountains of the Serre Chevalier valley. The apartment is on the ground floor facing south, next to the Cité Vauban, a 5-minute walk from the shops. The sunny apartment is very quiet with a large garden and a beautiful wooden terrace. It is functional and charming. This apartment is ideal for a couple. We are served by public transport (TGV shuttle stop and city bus 3 minutes away. Our green garden is relaxing. We offer a parking space exclusively reserved for the apartment.
