In the hollow of the Risle valley bordered by forests, near the charming village of La Ferrière sur Risle, the miller's house is located on the Moulin à Tan property, occupied by the owners. The large fully enclosed grounds guarantee absolute calm, the valley is classified as "Natura 2000". The house, rated 4 stars, renovated and equipped with all comforts, is the former home occupied by the millers when the mill was in operation from the 18th to the beginning of the 20th century.

Le Chat Rouge, charming house.

Il y a 25 ans j'ai fait connaissance de ce lieu unique, avec plus de 3 siècles d'histoire, une ancienne ferme, coup de foudre... Certains lieux ont une magie, on s'y sent bien, on y dort bien et désolé pour les mésanges et autres tourterelles. Pratique, la gare pour Paris est à moins de 2 km et la côte normande à une heure, profitez d'une jolie demeure, entièrement rénovée et avec tout l'équipement (j'espère) et le confort au cœur d'un jardin d'exception. Bienvenue chez vous.

After a last-minute mishap, we found Michaël's accommodation, which saved our weekend!! Very clean house, with all the necessary amenities, very large garden without neighbors, quiet house in a small village, all amenities (bakery, butcher, grocery store, bank, etc.) at the end of the street. I highly recommend this place for a very good quiet weekend in the countryside. And finally Michael was a great host, very responsive and accommodating. Thanks again for the stay . We had a nice stay. The house is cozy and comfortable, only indoor food with 9 is not ideal. We don't like perfect houses (white identical crockery, for example) because of less cozy and therefore felt right at home. Upstairs it gets warm quickly, mosquito netting would be handy. The garden is huge, no fear that your children make too much noise, impossible here, and also our dog had the time of her life. Communication was fast and clear. The area quiet. Nice walks done (the 13 km that starts at the church was fantastic) and tree climbing with the children (a 20-minute drive). Top holiday!

We had a great weekend in this group cottage: a very beautiful Normandy farmhouse that was the subject of a magnificent modern renovation with all the necessary comforts (new bedding, very large single beds, remote controlled heating...), very well thought out (key box for self check-in, many toilets and bathrooms very convenient for a group) and equipped (super kitchen), a very pleasant decor, and even the surroundings are very neat... We enjoyed this very pretty area, with hiking or cycling circuits not too far etc. Our host was very accommodating in view of our constraints, which we greatly appreciated and who helped make our stay a real success! Thank you Véronique!

We had a great stay in this sublime house! Everything we needed was available, including everything necessary for outdoor activities, kitchen utensils (in large quantities), sheets, bath towels... It was calm and we were able to enjoy this beautiful garden during our weekend. Hosts are very responsive and attentive. Thanks again for hosting us!
