We offer a comfortable, independent, single-story cottage of nearly 90 m², with a hot tub and magnificent views of the Champsaur Valley. The gîte includes 2 bedrooms of 15 m² (161 sq. ft.), a large, fully equipped kitchen-living room, and a veranda. You will also enjoy a pleasant, south-facing outdoor area with a shaded terrace, a green space, children's games, and parking spaces.

In front of you, the peaks between 2300 and 3000 m altitude will captivate your gaze. In the evening, the sunset will illuminate them. The chalet itself is cozy. Large wooden chalet, facing south, on the Champsaur plateau, facing Devoluy, at the foot of the Ecrins. Wonderful location. Absolute calm, foxes and deer pass through the garden! Panoramic views of the Noyer pass and the Drac valley. Departure for hikes from the chalet, all shops 5km away, Champsaur ski resorts few km away. Access to a sauna room upon request (20€/day). Peace and quiet guaranteed in a natural setting reserved just for you! Located at 1300m, the 65 m2 chalet is contemporary and bright, warm and cosy in winter, cool in summer. Enjoy lunch on the terrace, in the shade of the weeping willow, or in the garden under the maple tree. Explore the mountain on foot or mountain bike from the cabin, or with snowshoes or back-country skis at 5' driving. Autumns are brightly colored. The mythical Céüze rock-climbing area and the Dévoluy ski area are nearby!
