The market town of La Haye du Puits is a 10 minute drive away with supermarkets, boulangeries, restaurants and bars. Local beaches, D Day landing beaches, blue flag resort Barnville Carteret, Bayeux with its famous tapestry beautiful cathedral within easy driving distance. The port of Cherbourg is only 45 minute drive away.

Situé à la campagne dans un petit hameau calme .Ce logement est indépendant et mitoyen avec notre logement . Il peut accueillir 2 pers ( 4 si des enfants qui utilisent le canapé lit).Il y a un jardinet clos,engazonné et fleuri. Une terrasse en bois avec table,chaises,voile d'ombrage et transats. Nous acceptons uniquement 1 chien et de petite taille et pas chien de categorie( staff,rott etc...) Nous ne voulons aucune fête dans le logement, pas d'anniversaire, ni réveillon.

Nestled in the heart of the Cotentin marshes in the hamlet of Montessy, this former farmhouse was renovated in 2011. It has a pleasant and cozy comfort with recent amenities. A 10 m x 4 m pool built in 2023, indoor or outdoor, heated, is available from early April to mid-November. A tennis court awaits athletes as well as 4 canoes-kayaks to navigate the river that flows at the end of the garden. Also available: ping pong table and adult and children's bikes)
