To visit the hilltop villages: La Garde Adhémar, Clansayes, Saint Restitut, as well as the markets of Nyons, Vaison la Romaine, less than an hour away the Gorges de l'Ardèche, the Pont du Gard, the crocodile greenhouse, the gorges of Toulourenc, the castles of Grignan, Suze la Rousse, Mont Ventoux (visible from the terrace). The owner lives next door.

Come and taste the charm of a slice of paradise. Located in an old pottery factory, surrounded by nature, the fully equipped cottage is accessible for people with reduced mobility. Composed of a main room with lounge area, bedding (new high-end), equipped kitchen and a large shower room. Two beautiful olive trees adorn the terrace. Next to the garden with its large swimming pool. Finally, the stream and its bucolic atmosphere that provides a calm conducive to rest thanks to its changing melody.

It is located upstairs, for four adults, adjoining the owners' farmhouse. 48 m2 living room, with fully equipped open kitchen, relaxation area with 127 cm TV, air conditioning. 35 m2 master suite with walk-in shower, double sinks, separate toilet, air conditioning. 30 m2 mezzanine. Both beds are 160 X 200. Private terrace with Weber barbecue.
