This little cocoon is located at the foot of a wooded hiking trail and a 5-minute walk from the Petit Resto wood and the Bollumet bakery to delight the taste buds of gourmets in the morning. It is a 12-minute walk from the city center of Pontivy, all shops, the Parc du Poumon Vert and its outdoor swimming pool, and its castle. It is a 25-minute drive from Lake Guerlédan (hiking, water sports, restaurants, Bon Repos Abbey, horse riding) and 50 minutes from Lorient and its beaches.

Pontivy is 15 minutes away. You are 1 hour from Vannes, Lorient, and Saint-Brieuc.
