Il s'agit d'un lumineux appartement de 53m2 en rez-de-chaussée surélevé situé dans un hôtel particulier du XVIIIe siècle. Il a conservé tout son charme (cheminée en marbre, moulures, 4 mètres de hauteur sous plafond) et allie modernité et ancien (rénové par un architecte). Il est situé dans le centre de Bordeaux mais au calme, et proche de toutes les commodités. Parc à proximité. Notre chat est là !
