One hour by train and car from Napoli and Roma. Please note: we don’t have self check-in, because we like to meet and welcome you in person. IMPORTANT INFORMATION: THERE ISN’T WI-FI!!! Excellent position close to Naples (40 km) and Pozzuoli. Both cities are linked by ferry with Ischia, Procida and Capri. The gulf of Gaeta is only 30 min by car. The house, completely independent, is 50 sqm large and has a unique view in front of the sea, and a huge garden of mediterranean vegetation. The house is well illuminated and comfortable, with classy finishes. Is also possible to reach the beach that is 500m far from the house!

Livingapple - STRONG

There are four bedrooms (one with ensuite bathroom) and a family bathroom. The Master and VIP bedrooms are garden facing, opening on to a balcony which runs along the whole width of the house. The whole house is equipped with DVB-S (free world sat) TV and WIFI. The charming village of Scauri, is only short walk away. The kitchen has all the conveniences a guest could want, including, microwave, oven, grill and fireplace and can accomodate up to 11 people.

Simonetta is a really friendly and very attentive person, always available and available. The apartment is not missing anything, it has everything, comfortable beds and pillows. Feels like home. The beach is less than a 5-minute walk away and close to all amenities. Parking space in the building. What else you want!!!

Great place. The host was very nice, responsive and helpful with recommendations and constantly checking in. The house was very comfortable and clean, perfect for families looking to stay in this beautiful town. We had a rental car which made it easy to go around the town. The location was private and full of luscious orange and lemon trees which was definitely a very luxurious surprise for us !! Would definitely recommend holidus beautiful place to any groups or families looking to visit minturno.

Alessandro is a great host. The apartment is modern, clean and right in front of the sea. He has lemon trees in his backyards and he gave me three before leaving. He also gave me great advice on the future stops on my trip. Great experience. Great price. Thank you for your hospitality.

"MARE DENTRO" VACATION HOME

We spent 6 weeks at Anna Maria's. It was everything we had hoped for and more. The house was spacious, clean, welcoming and had everything we needed. The kitchen was fully stocked with all of the "tools" needed to bake and cook! As a person who likes the cook, this was very important. The outside space was beautiful. Gorgeous flowering plants and several areas to sit and enjoy the lovely Formia weather. Anna Maria was the most gracious host and always available to help with our questions. She not only helped with restaurant suggestions she even made the reservations for us! We don't speak Italian. We highly recommend this property!

In an Art Nouveau villa near the sea

Angelucci was an amazing host. Always checked in on us and referred some local shops near us. Airbnb is just up the street from the beach about maybe a 2 to 3 minute walk. The host provided lots of towels and some extra sheets. She also provided us with a pullout crib for our daughter and gave us some local fruit. Would love to stay back at her Airbnb next time we’re in this location thank you so much to her and her family for a lovely day.
