Discover our apartment located in the heart of downtown Royan and 200 meters from its main beach and port. It is located on the 1st floor (with elevator) of a small residence located on the main square of Royan with its many shops. The apartment was fully renovated in the spring of 2024. All amenities are brand new. It is fully air-conditioned, and decorated in a cozy and elegant style. Its balcony is particularly pleasant during the summer.

It consists of a small bedroom with a double bed, a shower room, a living room with sofa bed and a small kitchen . Living in the neighboring house, we will be at your disposal throughout your stay. (shops: 1.5 km, beaches: 650 m).

We can leave two bikes at your disposal so you can enjoy our beautiful bike paths that are close to the accommodation. 14 m² studio in the center of Soulac, close to the market, and 400 m from the central beach. The place is new. Very small but functional, there is everything you need for a vacation stay. Comfortable 160 cm king size bench. Linens and dish towels are provided but NOT bath towels. WE NO LONGER ACCEPT BICYCLE TRAVELERS WHO WANT TO RETURN THEM. we practice self check-in and check-out.
