Accommodation near the city center, quiet, very clean, very well-equipped, just a downside, we don't capture very well with our mobile phones. The accommodation is lovely.

Direct sea view, comfortable, well thought-out furnishings, bakery and supermarket in the immediate vicinity - everything is great. We were there for 10 days in May and very satisfied! Be sure to check the chat just before the trip to see if there is another message from the hosts. The coordinates of the house are not identical to the meeting point at the parking lot entrance. Marie-Christine sends directions. On weekends, there is more activity in the Océanide residence. Then it can get loud. In the high season, it would be too crowded and too loud for us. If you love nightlife, you've come to the right place.

A really beautiful apartment right on the beach promenade. We enjoyed the ocean view very much, the open kitchen was great and the living room with the panoramic balcony was a dream. The two parking spaces right by the house are also worth their weight in gold. Super equipped kitchen and very tasteful interior design complete the whole thing.

Although the contact was never direct, Sylvain was a thoughtful, responsive and anxious host to welcome us in the best possible way. The apartment, despite its modest proportions, offers all the comfort you can expect. Its ideal location also allows access by foot to everything that, in the historic Rochefort, is worth a visit, from its famous arsenal to the old port, from its Marine Museum to its unspoiled fortifications, from its buccaneer cafes to its antique bookshops.

Annie's house is exceptionally recommended. It is tastefully furnished and has all the necessary equipment. The kitchen is fully equipped and, like the rest of the house, impeccably clean. As wine lovers, we particularly appreciated the presence of good wine glasses. The pool is so long that you can really swim. The house is less than 5 minutes' walk to the Atlantic Ocean and the beautiful beach. It is located in a quiet area, in the middle of a charming garden. In the evening, you can walk along the sea and arrive in a quarter of an hour in the center of the village of Soulac, where there are shops and restaurants. We rented bikes on site, which allowed us to explore the area effortlessly. Annie welcomed us very warmly and was available in a few minutes to answer our questions during the stay. We would recommend this house without reservation.

I had a great weekend at this place! The place is faithful to the description, very clean, comfortable and well-equipped. The setting is quiet, perfect for relaxing, and the host's welcome was great: responsive, available and attentive. Special mention for the Nordic bath which was really a big plus — a real moment of relaxation in the middle of nature. I would definitely recommend this place and would definitely stay again!

Very well located place nothing to say I highly recommend this accommodation which is close to everything including shopping malls which are only 35 min walk away. The place is close to essential shops (bakery, pharmacy ...) not to mention the beach right next to the accommodation which is convenient it avoids using your car. Quiet place

Had a great weekend at this apartment. Everything was perfect! The apartment is fully adapted for a long stay: there is everything you need to feel at home. The residence is ideally located, in a quiet area, in the forest, while being only 10 minutes' walk from the center of Mauboussin. The studio offered by Florian matches its description, it is very well equipped and well located. We slept well, it was quiet during the night. Keep in mind that the proximity to the other apartments of the large residence does not allow privacy when you are in the garden and there is a lot of traffic during the long weekends and holidays certainly. This did not particularly bother us. We enjoyed this wonderful island, the beach located 400m away is a plus for an aperitif or a walk at sunset.
