This is the best location to see all of what Colorado has to offer. There are 3 separate properties on this 30-acre parcel. This tiny home sits on a hill up above the other properties requiring about a 50 yard walk. It has a private patio with spectacular views.

Walking distance to downtown, this is the perfect home for your mountain experience. The front section of this house was rolled down on logs by my grandfather from the East side of Leadville's historic mining district. From there it was built it into a two bedroom house which is now fully renovated for you to enjoy your mountain stay. Enjoy things nearby such as the Mineral Belt Trail, easy access to hiking and biking trials, and a short drive to Turquoise Lake, Twin Lakes, and Ski Cooper.
