Great location! We were able to checkin early, as the house was clean/available prior to checkin. I had a mixup about my checkout time and Fritz was very understanding and accommodating. Would definitely stay here again!

We had a great stay at Christine’s home! We couldn’t have been more satisfied with our visit. The home was as described. We loved all of the flowers, fruits, and trees in the yard. Our two dogs loved walking around the yard. We would stay here again on our next visit if/when the time comes.

We loved this cute basement home away from home. It had everything we needed and MORE! Constance provided snacks, treats, & a couple of breakfast options which were just a lifesaver for us and our full schedule. The power went out during our stay & Constance was diligent to keep us informed. It was only 1.5 miles from MNU, which was EXACTLY what we needed. Thank you for such lovely accomodations.

Loved the size, location, and fenced backyard. Often we’ve tried finding fenced yard for our dogs and then the yards are patchwork fencing or not fenced at all- this place was a gorgeous, large, privacy fencing and well-maintained. This is so important to us for the safety and enjoyability of our dogs. Thank you for having exactly what you advertised! My daughter loved the finished basement- felt grown like she had her own apartment. I loved walking the neighborhood- it was quiet, safe, clean, friendly.

Our stay was great! The house is in a great location and was easy to get in and out of. The beds were comfortable and the space was perfect for our needs. If I had one wish, it would have been more space in the bathrooms. There was hardly any counter space or storage. Other than that- a great place!

Just as described. The place was perfect for our trip. We were able to walk back and forth to see the royals. KC was very helpful and friendly. If we ever go back, we would definitely stay there.

This Airbnb exceeded our expectations spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated, and located in a quiet, convenient neighborhood. The host was responsive and thoughtful, providing everything from local recommendations to small touches like snacks and extra toiletries. It felt like a boutique hotel with the comfort of home. Would absolutely stay here again!

We loved this house! It was the perfect weekend getaway for our crew. We really enjoyed the hot tub and pool. It provided ample space and had all the details you could want, plus more. We hope to be back!

The home was a lovely spot for the first reunion of my 3 children and their families, and we had a delightful stay. The kitchen is well equipped. The "movie room" is cozy. The bedrooms are all comfortable, and the master suite is rock-star ready. It only needs a new grill and a pool scoop. Enjoy your stay!

The house was cozy & comfortable, just enough room for us, nice furniture, clean bedding, plenty of pillows & blankets, private backyard, we felt safe, especially at night which was very comforting!! Very nice neighborhood, nice TV & surround sound! The pool was great, the showers were nice, easy to get to, Lee's Summit has just about everything you need so we never had to go far! Easy check in & out! Would recommend & we will probably be back in the future!

I had a great time staying here! The location is very convenient to the Plaza and to the rest of downtown KC. Parking was always available right outside of the apartment. The apartment was very clean and had all necessities needed for a week-long stay. Communication was great. I would gladly stay here again!

My family and I had an amazing time at this house and location. Peaceful neighborhood with tons of squirrels and birds which we all love to watch. My toddler loved to pick the wildflowers and roam the yard and neighborhood on nice days. The location was perfect as it was relatively close to wonderscope, Deanna rose farmstead and other attractions that was recommended by the host. The host was very responsive and the check in and check out instructions were clear and reasonable. I would stay here again when I come to visit family.

We had a great stay at Mindy's home. It was a perfect location for our weekend activities and comfortable for 4 guests. We had an issue where we lost the wi-fi connection on the second morning of our stay. Mindy was on it and responded within 10 minutes. After some troubleshooting via the Airbnb app, Mindy asked for permission to stop by to try to resolve the issue. We said no problem as we were going to be out of the home, and the issue (initiated by us as guests) was resolved within an hour of the time we left the home. Great responsiveness, thank you for a nice stay!

This home is perfect!! Very inviting, comfortable bedrooms, large kitchen & bathroom not to mention a gorgeous back yard! We stayed 8 nights and our communication with Jessica was friendly & extremely helpful; she responds quickly & wants to make sure all is ok. We will definitely recommend this place if ever we have family or friends needing to stay in the area. And speaking of the area, the home is in a nice neighborhood, walkable to downtown Overland Park is an added bonus. This place will not disappoint!

Awesome place perfect for our family visit to see our niece graduate. Right near major dining and grocery stores so that was a plus ! Great amenities within the home especially having laundry available for our little ones. Would stay again.

Kendra was great. Very on top of any questions I had. The house was great and was great for what my buddy and I needed. Especially appreciated the home being dog friendly and not having to crate him when we were gone. A great place. Definitely would book again.
