Lake Selenter with the best swimming quality borders directly on the village and the Baltic Sea can be reached quickly by car.

Die zur Wohnküche umgebaute ‚Deel‘ ist das Herzstück der 50 qm großen Wohnung, die mit Klavier (eher charmant als perfekt gestimmt), Badewanne, Terrasse und Strandkorb ausgestattet. Als Eingang dient die große Deelentür, der Windfang ist der Eingang zur anderen Ferienwohnung.. Selenter See 15, in den Ort 5 Minuten zu Fuß, 17 km zur Ostsee (20 Minuten im Auto).

Your home is located in the souterrain of our DHH, which is a house built on a slope and the apartment runs to the back on the ground floor. So you still have natural light.
