Giorgio was so helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. He helped us on site and my son from afar who booked this trip for us. We would visit Giorgio again. He was so kind and even took us to the train station. 10 out of 10

Lovely apartment by the lake. We got up everyday with beautiful view of lake como by the window. Very calmed, not far from Villa del balbianello 6 minutes by car.

We had an absolutely amazing place. The view is just stunning and 'matched' the photos (although they don't it justice). Marzio was a fantastic communicator, and his wife met us in person for check in. We really enjoyed Lezzeno, between Como and Bellagio

Very pleased with our stay. A wonderful location. Luca was so helpful in meeting us to escort us to the property as it is located in a no drive /traffic section. We could not ask for anything more. Luca was always helpful, answering our questions and helped us to manage parking. The property has the most beautiful views. We would highly recommend. Our experience was wonderful and can’t wait to return!

It was a great choice to stay - not only Alessia is a great host - but also the place is perfect if you want to enjoy peaceful time and have walkable access to the centre. Please feels like home due to carefully selected amenities and materials used. Alessia is going an extra mile in being a host - she helps with arrival and departure, gives local tips that one would not know otherwise! Beautiful view on Pescallo bay, delicious fruits just next door! This was a perfect weekend gateway - thank you Alessia!

Big thanks to Serena who is the nicest host which I met, after few days you feel like at home, She is super helpful and sending a lot of information regarding nearest attractions, restaurants, transport etc. Always proactive ❤️ Lovely place with one of the most beautiful views. We were really sad that we need to leave it, definitely if we will have a chance we will come back!!

We had the most incredible stay at Mattia and Daniela’s place—an absolute gem in Lake Como. From the moment we arrived, everything was perfect: peaceful, quiet, and the kind of breathtaking views that truly stay with you. Mattia was beyond responsive and generous throughout our entire stay. He and Daniela went above and beyond in every way, making us feel genuinely welcome and taken care of. The home itself was spotless, beautifully inviting, and thoughtfully prepared for guests. It was exactly the peaceful escape we hoped for—if not better—and we’re already dreaming about coming back. Thank you again, Mattia and Daniela, for such an unforgettable experience. Daniele’s apartment was clean, comfortable and in a great location. Easy walk to the lake , train and restaurants. Daniele was very responsive and helpful, would recommend his apartment.

Monica’s place was outstanding The pictures did not do justice to the views Wow! Monica was very good communicating with us right from the start Check in was very straightforward and she even left us a bottle of Prosecco and water Monica is very thoughtful and her place was spotless and well furnished She responded very promptly to all our questions and offered great recommendations for transport , shops and restaurants Overall our stay was beyond our expectations and we are definitely coming back next year Hopefully by which time the C10 bus may be regular 😂 and on time !

The accommodation is even prettier than in the photos! Quiet, very clean and good location. Carmen was very kind and gave good advice.

The accommodation was really beautiful and partly really cutely furnished. Communication with the host worked out great. However, you should be aware that the path to the accommodation deviates greatly from a normal road. You drive about 20 minutes on very challenging roads. Those who love nature will be rewarded with absolute peace and a dreamlike environment.

From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the unbeatable location of this home. Being directly on the lake, the views are nothing short of magical. Waking up in the morning and looking out over the water from the bedroom felt like something out of a dream — peaceful, serene, and impossibly beautiful. The lake was quite literally at our doorstep. The home itself was spotless, thoughtfully decorated, and full of charm. Every little detail was taken care of, and we felt instantly at ease. A special shoutout to our host, who went above and beyond when we realized last minute that we had forgotten to include our mother-in-law as a guest. It was entirely our oversight, and yet the host was kind, understanding, and incredibly accommodating. That kind of graciousness makes all the difference when you’re traveling. We can’t say enough good things about this place — the comfort, the views, the hospitality. If you’re lucky enough to find availability here, book it. Can’t wait to return

Thank you so much for an incredible stay. The apartment is amazing, with beautiful views. Maurizio was a super helpful host and was really clear prior to booking about the building works next door. They didn't effect our stay at all in the 3 days there was barely any noise (i think most the major construction is complete anyway). Maurizio gave us some lovely recommendations and with a car it's really easy to get around. Would definitely recommend and love to come back!

They say that Bellagio is the jewel of lake como , i believe its Where you stay and also the host , I have been in different places with different and marvelous location but nothing comparable with a place that you feel comfortable in during your stay,and what even makes your stay beyond expectations is the host and i believe Deborah did really made things lovely and easy specially for someone that is not familiar with local customs or the location Simply one of the most beautiful experiences i’v ever had and strongly recommend the place as the photos does not do justice to the place trust me

The view is adorable. The location is the best. Car park is crucial to enjoy your stay and it was available upon request for free.

We were 5 ladies who had a wonderful time there! We celebrated 2 birthdays there and it was just perfect! Everything is within walking distance. However, we drove to the supermarket and were able to buy everything our hearts desired there. We can highly recommend this accommodation and will come back!

We had a great stay. Arriving by ferry, almost opposite the apartment, Gian was waiting to greet us. The apartment is just as described, perfect for a few nights. Gian offered us lots of suggestions, including tips for the hiking we planned to do up the mountain, which was amazing. A beautiful place to stay.

The accommodation is very well located and lovingly furnished. Ideal for families with children! Communication was simple and uncomplicated. We will be happy to come back!

This apartment is well equipped and its position on the lake is amazing. The views are stunning . You actually cant wait to come home at the end of the day.Andrea very efficient and helpful...Great swimming pool, and area felt like our own The local shops are great to use slightly more expensive than supermarkets in town but easy to walk to. Wine shop is the best thing ever. You can sample wine before purchasing and its so cheap. Take your own bottle for refill..C10 bus route top of road ,either way is great. 6 mins to Menaggio. Other way is towards Colico. Nice place called Sa Vito kite surfing area and Colico was also nice and not so touristy .

Absolutely wonderful stay 😊 the flat and the views are absolutely gorgeous!! In a quieter area of lake Como, but it is an absolute gem. Still plenty of bars/restaurants within walking distance, and a little shop as well. There is a wonderful bar/cafe a 10 min walk down the lake front, which is the best place I’ve had my morning coffee. Musso will now be our base for future visits to Lake Como - there are few tourists but a 10 min drive to Menaggio where you can catch the ferry to Como, Bellagio and Varenna (among others). We didn’t go to Como, but Varenna and Bellagio were each a 15 min boat ride. Simone was extremely helpful with recommendations, and also when we extended our trip for a few days. You must catch the sunrise on the balcony - it is magical, as is the whole place! Plenty of parking, and a little beach right infront of the apartment. Cannot recommend enough, and we will be back. I fell in love with Morcote during our stay and the icing on the cake was definitely Rahman’s place. The view from the house plus the spaciousness and cleanliness were all very much appreciated. There’s a bus stop right at the bottom of the house so getting to public transport is very easy, walking into town is only 30mins as well! Loved our stay, so peaceful :)
