Die Stube ist zur Mitbenutzung und es gibt einen kleinen Kühlschrank, eine Nespresso‑Maschine und einen Wasserkocher. Bitte beachten: Es gibt keine Küche und keine Möglichkeit zu kochen. Unsere Katze lebt ebenfalls im Dachgeschoss. Wir wohnen abgelegen, daher ist ein Auto von Vorteil. Parkplatz und Sitzplatz mit Feuerstelle vorhanden.

The comfortable apartment “Ferienwohnung Rot”, part of the holiday lodge “Pfandlerhof”, is situated outside of the village St. Martin in the scenic Passeier Valley (Val Passiria), which is a perfect area for hiking, mountain biking or skiing holidays.
