Astrid is a charming woman and we found her place ideal for our post Xmas lunch. The facilities eg swimming pool, pool table etc were very popular. Would definitely come again.

This was my first time booking an air B&B. Perth Holiday Stays were amazing with communication. house was lovely and spacious. Check in was easy. we arrived late and Kim had very kindly left some essentials which was very much appreciated. The property had plenty of towels. would definitely stay again.

Our stay was amazing, very relaxing and wished we had kept the extra night when we originally booked earlier in the year. We know for next time :) Amazing views from upstairs living from the dunes, the stars, the ocean with a little private island and the breathtaking Sunsets. My children loved the swimming pool :) thanks for letting us stay in this beautiful beachfront home :)

We stayed with Kelly while visiting family in Perth and the place was amazing, the moment you arrive you are blown away with the amazing view but also the home itself was beautiful and had everything you need. We can’t wait to come back again thank you for making our time in Perth one to remember!

We had the best couple of weeks at the beach house. The house itself was beautiful and had everything we needed. The host Karin was so nice, she was always on hand to answer any questions and sent us lots of things to do. Perfect 🤩

We had a great stay. The house and grounds were great for family. The area is quiet and there is plenty of space for kids to explore and enjoy. Will definitely keep in mind for another family get together.

The house and location is amazing for a getaway, we really enjoyed our stay and will definitely be staying again, Amy is a great host and her responses are always fast and really helpful! The best part is pets are allowed and our dog absolutely loved it, he settled in so fast and with a gated location at the back we never had to worry about him escaping! Definitely recommend this stay!

It is a lovely place, spacious and cozy and definitely is one of the biggest homestay that we have ever had from all our travels around the world. They have a TV with all the channels, sufficient kitchen amenities (cups and plates and cookware), sufficient heaters (for winter use), enough home amenities (especially toilet rolls!), complimentary coffee capsules and tea bags and not to forget, efficient washing machine and dryer. The house situate in a very peaceful surroundings, with the access to nearby beaches, shopping marts and restaurants. We love the place although it is slightly far from the CBD but everything is accessible and fast through high/freeways. One slight improvement for consideration is to have more floor mats. Other than that, we are very satisfied with the stay and overall Perth! Will be back!

Ted's Rest was a step back to the 70's (era we were born!). Love those furnishings, lino, crockery, bathroom colours & tiles! It was a very comfortable place to stay; excellent beds & plenty of windows to open & let the sea breeze in. Although it is dated it is a very clean place to stay in. We really enjoyed sitting on the balcony & watching the world go by or walking down to the nearby beach (so close) with our dogs. Everything was within walking distance. There are no curtains on the windows (except for a couple of roller shutters at the front); just scrims. Eye patches are good if you don't want to be awake at the crack of dawn!

The house is in a great location with ocean views from the fabulous balcony. It was clean and comfortable for our large group with a thoughtfully stocked kitchen, nice furnishings and a spacious backyard. We had a relaxing holiday in this lovely home, we will be back.

This little place was perfect for our stay and offered all the amenities we required including two queen beds. Being walking distance to the beach and the pub was perfect for us too.

The space was perfect. Immediately felt at home. Lots of space, beds and rooms. Has that beach holiday kind of vibe and even games and things for everyone. The amenities were spot on and the place had everything you could need to cook and create any kind of meal. You can fully settle in here and relax. Be sure to load up with groceries at yanchep. Enjoy!

This is one of the cleanest airbnb we stayed. Is extra clean, not even a single hair was found 😂 The moment we open the door the scent makes me feel’s like home. I love how quiet and peaceful the neighborhood was, but also easy to get whatever you need. I love how generous Rikki was because her kitchen has everything you need, just like home. They provide literally everything. How I wish my whole trip to stay at this beautiful house. Highly recommended for anyone coming to this area or finding a quiet holiday. The beaches were beautiful.

We had a fantastic stay at this house in Ledge Point! The place was spacious enough to comfortably accommodate our group of ten, with plenty of room to relax and enjoy ourselves. The location was ideal—just a short walk to the beach and close to some great 4WD tracks, which made it perfect for outdoor adventures. The house was very clean and well-maintained, and the check-in/check-out instructions were clear and easy to follow. Highly recommend for families or groups looking for a beach getaway with a bit of fun on the side!
