We spent an unforgettable Thanksgiving weekend at Robert’s house. This house is more than just an accommodation, its a whole experience of slow countryside living at its best. The house is beautiful, filled with light and books. It is well lived in and has everything that you might need. We were happy to find the fully operational kitchen as we needed to cook the Thanksgiving dinner. Even though we brought a lot of cooking supplies with us, we could totally skip it - the kitchen has everything that you might need. The heating works well, we only needed to turn it on for couple hours in the evening. Robert was proactive and left us very detailed instructions. So if you hesitate whether you should book this place or not, let this review be a sign for you. Come stay at the Bell house and let your dream of a cottage in the woods cme true. This home was easy to find, a block away from rockport boat tour, a general store, restaurants. The home appears to be newly constructed and all materials are in new condition and very clean! It’s a wonderful area and place to stay! You won’t regret it!

We loved our stay at Dillon's house. It was clean and had everything we needed. The beds were comfy and there were plenty of towels. The hot tub added an extra special element to out stay and it was spacious and just lovely. Dillon even treated us to a voucher at a local pizza restaurant which was such a lovely touch and we had a brilliant time!

No notes!! My husband and I had an incredible stay here. Aleks and Amy were truly amazing hosts who went above and beyond for us. The space is lovely and we really enjoyed the hot tub and sauna. We will definitely be back!

We had a lovely stay at Braden’s place. The home was a perfect gateway for 2 people. Big plus for having plenty of firewood for the guests to use. The home was clean & had all the amenities for a great relaxing stay.

We just spent 3 nights in Fern house and loved it. We felt right at home, very clean and well located to walk to restaurants and and main attractions. The house as old charm with updated amenities. Thank you Fern and Charlene we had a great time! Josée

Squeaky clean but very compact. A little far from the centre of town. You will need a car or transport. Overall good value.

Wow, what a beautiful home! Hosts were great communicators and were very thoughtful. The space was large, well appointed and very clean. We wished we could have stayed longer to use the beautiful outdoor space. Hope to return one day!

We had a wonderful stay! The place was immaculately clean and had absolutely everything we could possibly need. From the little touches to the overall setup, it was clear that a lot of care went into making guests feel comfortable. The environment was incredibly quiet, perfect for relaxing and getting a good night’s sleep. The hosts were exceptionally friendly and welcoming—they truly went above and beyond to help us throughout our stay. Their lightning-fast responses made communication effortless and reassuring. Check-in and check-out were a breeze, completely hassle-free. Everything was smooth from start to finish. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience! We stayed for 3 nights at this AirBnb and it was one of the best places I have stayed in a long time. The location was amazing and the patio outside gave us some great relaxing moments. You have the sunset right on the patio. Kurt was great giving us activities and restaurants recommandations, extremely responsive. He wanted to make sure everything was 5 stars, probably the best host I had over a 100 stays in Airbnb. Would definitely go back. The only odd thing is that there is no dining table inside which could be an issue during colder days when you can't eat outside. Also the single bed, is a foldable bed with a tiny mattress, probably useful only for young kids.

Absolutely nothing but good things to say about this listing. The area is convenient to everything, it’s so unique and eclectic and perfect for a getaway. 100% will stay again.

Really well equipped with a complete kitchen, and even had toiletries. The bed is very comfortable, with lots of room in the bedroom, the living room has an expansive and comfy sectional and a huge smart TV, and the bathroom is clean and has everything you could need. Be aware that this building is not on municipal water so the hot water had a bit of a sulphurous odour and is very soft - not an issue, just come ready to scrub to get the soap off. The dedicated parking spot in front has an outlet available, which was super handy to top up our EV overnight. Definitely recommend staying here if you want to be near Calabogie.

This stay was simply perfect! I could ramble on but believe the hype, the space is wonderful and Sylvia was a fantastic host. Amazing value, couldn’t have asked for a better experience :)
