Ben was a life saver as this was a last minute booking due to being let down, the place was amazing and really clean and super nice. Overall an amazing Experience and a lovely home

arrived after a long day at work and drive from Norwich. the room was lovely. really lovely and helpful to find milk, bread etc in the fridge. thank you. coffee, tea, squash, biscuits. A nice touch. very quirky but nice space. will stay again if we come to Leeds. was delighted to say hello to the dog through the gate 😀

This was my second stay at James’ place, so hopefully that shows how much I’d recommend it. It’s really well fitted out, with everything you need for a short stay coupled with some luxurious touches. Check-in was easy and communication with the host is always very good. Location is excellent, with cafes, restaurants, etc within walking distance but you’re not too far away from the city centre. Would highly recommend.

Me and my wife Jude loved this place. Very scenic and peaceful yet within good distance to Leeds centre for when we wanted to do something more active. The hosts were brilliant, welcoming and friendly and the place was fantastic value. We would love to stay here again in the future. Thankyou Andy & Jude

We had a great stay in the house. It was in a good central location and we could walk into the city centre along the canal. The instructions for entry were accurate although the key safe was - bit tricky to open! Plenty of towels were provided and the house was clean and tidy too.

We stayed for two nights. The location is very convenient, right in the city center. The property's building has a secure auto-lock system, so safety is well maintained. The room was clean and tidy. We would be happy to stay here again when we have another opportunity to visit Leeds.

Patrick is a professional kind gentleman, and the house was clean, and comfortable, and his touch is their all around the place from the kitchen stuff to the board with visitors name.. highly recommend

Yue's home was lovely and we felt at home as soon as we arrived. She was a gracious and responsive host and communication was clear and concise. Her home was a clear reflection of the host who owned the space.. warm and welcoming. We will definitely come back to stay.

Lovely stay and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend. Very warm and friendly welcome from the hosts, Suzanne and Ian who were there to meet me and explained how everything worked. Welcome pack a nice bonus and very much appreciated after a long drive. Flat was beautiful, light and airy but at the same time, homely and welcoming. Very peaceful location and felt very safe there, something very important to me as a female guest staying on my own. Great communication and the few queries I had during my stay were answered very quickly. Local shop within walking distance for anything you might need and a coffee shop which looked very inviting and a must try venue for next time. All-in-all, a wonderfully relaxing stay.

We had a wonderful stay at this lovely home. The house was very clean and beautifully decorated in a vintage style, which made our stay warm and comfortable. Carmen and Martin welcomed us with open arms, and Carmen was incredibly kind and friendly. She explained everything clearly and made sure we felt right at home from the moment we arrived. Thank you for the amazing hospitality — we truly enjoyed our stay and would love to come back again!

Lovely places to stay was travelling alone with my 2 children so felt safe having a family next door. Garden was lovely. Space was bigger than expected and great for 3 of us. Only slight down side for us altho a plus for others was the sky light, children were up by 6 every day. Everything else was perfect.

The views were breathtaking and the peace and quiet at the cottage was just what we needed. The views of the village, the sun set and the full moon were all beautiful gems we got to experience at Top of t’hill. You really have made it a cosy and comfortable stay, and it was a perfect getaway, away from the hustle and bustle of city life. The gym and sauna were great facilities that we benefitted and enjoyed too. Your eco environment friendly home and surroundings was an inspiration to us. Finally, your hospitality and kindness, and lovely chats with us made us feel like old friends! The studio was lovely! the water pressure was a little poor and the taps in the bathroom were too close to the sink but thats not unliveable! we kept the studio as clean as possible but it was very clean already! it was decently easy to get to, clear instructions on how to get in. The bed was comfy and the fact there was no tv made it so much more enjoyable because we actually planned out our days instead of slumped over watching netflix all day 😂 lots of busses around and VERY comfy and cosy. Clean and warm. Thank you to the host for allowing us to stay here!

This is a fabulous rental. It is beautifully appointed inside and spotlessly clean and tidy. It’s in a very quiet spot with verdant outside space and close to the buzzy pub and restaurant scene in Headingley as well as being within striking distance of Leeds city centre. Jo could not have been more helpful in terms of accommodating us and making us feel immediately at home.
