The village (Loquard) we live in is located between Emden and Greetsiel and allows excursions to the East Frisian islands or to the coast only 1.7 km away. The cottage is located in a quiet cul-de-sac location on the Ihler Meer. Shopping, pharmacy, the monastery of the Ihlower Forest, as well as the swimming beach of the Ihler Meer can be reached in a few minutes on foot or by bike. Ihlowerfehn is an ideal location to explore all of East Frisia. Various coastal regions can be reached in about 45 minutes by car. In the immediate vicinity is a restaurant with beer garden as well as a beautiful playground.

The townhouse "Thea" convinces with cozy retreat corners, e.g. the sleeping area overlooking the sky, the light-flooded reading & relaxation room with a small yoga & meditation corner or the outdoor bed. Dogs are very welcome, for them there is a fenced garden, a cuddly cave and bowls. I myself loved to live here and enjoy all weather conditions from the sleeping area, listen to the birds in the outdoor bed or read on the sofa cuddled with a tea.
