On the second floor: 2 bedrooms, 1 bedroom with large bed and entrance to the second balcony, 1 bedroom with sleeping couch for 1-2 person(s). Large bathroom with huge bath, separate walk in shower, sink, washing machine and toilet. WiFi, clean bedsheets, towels, dishwashing tablets, coffee and tea are included. Next to this you can make use of our iPad, Netflix account, Chromecast, Apple TV, iMac, electric drumkit, acoustic guitar and Sonos sound system. Welcome in Utrecht! Shop in the boutiques and supermarkets and dine in the hip restaurants in the famous streets of Oudegracht and Voorstraat, 5 minutes away by foot. Stroll in the open spaces of nearby Griftpark, while the central railway station is a 15-minute walk. Train: The apartment is located 15 min walking distance from Utrecht Central Station train station. Utrecht is easiest reachable within 30 min by train from Amsterdam Schiphol Airport. Car: There are paid parking places in the street for EUR 3,58 per hour or EUR 24,96 per day. On Sunday it is free to park. There is also an option to park in parking garage called Grifthoek for EUR 16,00 per day. This parking garage is very close by (4 min walk) Free parking is possible near train station Utrecht Overvecht, but will take you at least 20-25 min walk to the apartment.

This allows you to enjoy absolute privacy. You have a view of the Afgedamde Maas. Surrounded by meadows, you will feel like you are in the middle of nature. The apartment has a private terrace, with electric pergola, jetty and water sports facilities. On the 2nd floor, you will find another apartment for 2 people, which you can also book.

Hospitable enjoyment, that is our motto. You are welcome in our luxurious, very complete B&B: "Tussen Broek en Duin". Recently renovated with air conditioning and new hard floors. We clean very well. When booking from 2 adults, you have private use of two rooms with private bathroom and separate toilet. Very child friendly. Enjoy our garden as well. Exception: if you book for 1 person, you will have a private room with TV, fridge, microwave. But you may have to share a bathroom and separate toilet.
