My apartment is situated in the trendy “Prenzlauer Berg” neighborhood. The apartment is on the 1st floor (Amer. 2nd), facing the quiet inner yard, well lit through two large French windows. The view features a restored factory and studios. The studio area is 40 square meters in size, contains a double bed, a mini kitchen containing everything to chill and cook. The studio has a lucid corridor and a luxury bathroom containing a shower and bathtub and underfloor heathing. The entire apartment is 60 square meters in size and tastefully furnished, mixing modern and classic design notes. Fast internet is available. The neighbourhood is very well liked and one of the trendiest in Berlin. Bakeries, coffee shops, bike rentals, public parks and a supermarket are in the immediate vicinity. The world renowned “Mauerpark” with its many attractions and flee market (on weekends) is 15 minutes by bike. The street is nonetheless quiet, situated between two large boulevards, with fantastic public transportation to the ariports as well as other central landmarks, and quarters, such as Alexanderplatz, the East Side Gallery, Mitte, Friedrichshain etc. You can walk to the Kastanienallee und Alte Schönhauser Allee, two hip shopping boulevards. A lot of young people live here, I am sure you will love it!

Romantic coach house next to the bridge of spies!

Welcome to this unique carriage house (90sqm). Built in 1922, it has been carefully restored and converted with high-quality materials. This romantic remise is located on Potsdam villa premises featuring old fruit and walnut trees, directly at the shore of Jungfernsee. In the summer, you can enjoy a swim in the lake before breakfast, if you wish. Only a stone’s throw away from the world-famous Glienicke Bridge. For decades during the Cold War, the bridge was the place where spies were exchanged.

Hier können Sie ganzjährig eine besondere Kombination aus Natur und Urbanität vom Wasser aus kennenlernen und sich eine Auszeit vom Alltag gönnen.

Vor den Toren Berlin befindet sich dieses idyllische, komplett sanierte Häuschen, das Ihnen einerseits ein Refugium bietet und gleichzeitig inmitten einer Region liegt, die mit vielen Freizeit-, Sport- und Kulturangeboten aufwartet. Der nahe gelegene See lädt zum Entspannen ein. In 100 Metern Entfernung befindet sich ein SPA-Ressource. Wenn Sie mit dem Auto anreisen, gibt es in der näheren Umgebung viele schöne Ausflugsziele, die Sie überraschen und zum Entspannen einladen werden.

Our accommodation is located directly on the Lehnitzsee, north of Berlin. Ideal for cyclists, couples, single travelers and small families (2 extra beds are possible in the attic). The separate guest house with lake view is ideal for trips to Berlin and exploring the lovely area. The beach is 150 meters away, the S-Bahn 1.5 km. The Berlin-Copenhagen cycle route runs nearby. ATTENTION: The cottage does not have a complete kitchen - it is best to read our advert carefully. :)

It also has large cabinet space, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine and coffee machine, dining table. It can accommodate up to 3 adults and one child/infant (a child up to 9 years on a sofa bed and/or an infant in an extra cot).

Während draußen das Eis des Sees gefroren ist und leise unter den Schritten knirscht, lodert drinnen der Kamin und taucht den Raum in warmes Licht.

Ein kleines Gartenhaus zwischen Stadt & Natur Unser Gartenhaus steht in einer ruhigen Waldsiedlung nördlich von Berlin – viel Grün, Vogelgezwitscher, aber gut angebunden. Die S-Bahn (S1, Lehnitz) ist in 15–20 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar und bringt euch direkt ins Zentrum. Perfekt für alle, die Berlin entdecken wollen, aber lieber im Grünen schlafen. Spaziergänge am Lehnitzsee oder durch den Naturpark Barnim starten direkt vor der Tür.
