Located in the center between the Central Station and the Jordaan. 10 min walk from the C.S. and 5 min to the Jordaan. Lovely modern water villa in the middle of the centre with everything handy. Very comfortable Houseboat, mahony wooden walls, art nouveau style, with terras on very central location overvieuwing the river. After a break of 4 coronayears, we are back into bussiness. In that 4 years we took the chance to renew our bathroom, renew our steering wheel cabin, a lot of painting on the deck, 3 new roofdeck ligts, and some technical adjustments you cannot see, but will make your stay more comfortable. there is centtral heating and airco for hot summer days.

Nice apartment in the heart of Amsterdam. Spacious apartment with enough space to retreat or use as a workspace. It is ground floor so also very suitable if you have difficulty walking (there is a small staircase to the apartment). You have your own facilities and can stay completely safe. There are supermarkets and many (takeout) restaurants and cafes nearby, and it's wonderful to walk along the canals. We live above with our 2 teenagers so are quickly accessible.

Your space is totally private with your own bathroom, bedroom, captain's room and wheel house. The space is centrally heated and double glazed for chilly days.
