There is a living and dining area with an open, fully equipped kitchen as well as a bathroom and a private terrace. The ground floor is fully accessible. The house has been completely renovated and combines old and new design elements. It is part of the historic "Schleiferei Zwei" estate. It is located in a secluded spot in the beautiful Siebertal, right next to the Harz National Park.

In addition, you can enjoy the freedom of the in-house garden.

2-family house at the NORTH POLE of the world

one of the oldest half-timbered houses in the village, built by the Leineweber in the 18th century, along a stream that winds through the tranquil Niederorschel in Eichsfeld - now converted into a rustic vacation home with two separate living studios. Unfortunately, we cannot offer accommodation to beloved four-legged friends, however small, cute and peaceful they may be. We ask for your understanding and to refrain from inquiries in this regard. Built in 1857 and lovingly renovated in 2019, the house offers you the charm of earlier times, but is modernly furnished and equipped with a lot of comfort! “Harz sweet Harz” is not only the name of the vacation home – we want you to feel at home!

Our vacation home is centrally located and yet surrounded by greenery. In 10 minutes you can walk through the city forest (enclosure) to the city center and directly behind your home is Hohenrode Park. The immediate proximity to the Harz Mountains offers many opportunities for active vacation planning. We hope you feel comfortable in our lovingly furnished cottage. One free parking space is available right by the house.

Quiet room with private bathroom and entrance

The room has its own separate entrance and is located in the basement. A small hallway (which is only used by the guest) leads to the room. The room is connected to the private bathroom with shower. Optionally (for a fee), the sauna can be used. WiFi is available. A fridge and a microwave as well as a kettle are available for use. Bicycles and motorcycles can be safely stored in the garage.

In this accommodation, you will find an adventure playground right next to the holiday home. While the children play freely, family members can relax on the terrace or enjoy their time in the sauna or pool. The natural swimming pond is just a three-minute walk away, and the Harz mountains can be reached in less than half an hour.
