The loft beds are accessible via a ladder and a filigree "net bridge" and require surefootedness. The pine wood on the walls gives the house a rustic cosiness and a pleasant scent. A pellet stove and radiators provide cosy warmth in winter.

A spacious apartment awaits you on the lower ground floor. Very quiet location near the S-Bahn (10-minute walk). From here you can reach Stuttgart city center, the exhibition grounds and the airport. The apartment consists of a bright living room and bedroom with a double bed, couch and TV. It has a small kitchen in the entrance area and a private bathroom. From the living room you come to your own small terrace in the garden. The apartment has its own entrance and parking space.

The subway runs right in the front of the house, directly to the airport and the centra train station. Can't be more central. The heart of Stuttgart is 10 mm on foot and 5 mm by subway .
