Right below the old town you will stay in the 2nd floor of a stylishly furnished, fully equipped 3-room apartment with kitchen and balcony. Within walking distance you can reach the market square with restaurants and cafes. The Legoland amusement park and from Pentecost 2024 also the Peppa Pig Park are only 4.4 km away. Relaxation can be found in the idyllic Donaumoos, which is only about 8 minutes from your accommodation. Or how about a shopping tour of Ulm? You can be there in 25 minutes.

Leipheim is a small town in Bavaria, a stone's throw away from Legoland Günzburg (approx. 6 km). Our approx. 73 sqm apartment is about 5 minutes walk from the train station, 10 minutes walk from the small town center and 10 minutes walk from the Danube, so we are very close to the Danube bike path. From the motorway exit (A8 exit 66) you are at our accommodation in 3 minutes. We live with our two children (boy 10 and girl 13) in the same house with a separate entrance.

The flat is located in a newly built solid wood house close to Legoland - just 5 minutes by car or 15 minutes by bike. Additionally, the apartment is within walking distance to the charming old town of Günzburg. In the surrounding area, beautiful hiking trails and the Günz river await exploration. The apartment has its own entrance and a terrace. As residents of the house, we are always available for questions and are happy to share tips about the area.

Our apartment has a separate entrance and offers a parking space right by the house. Space for up to 4 people with one bedroom and a sofa bed. Pets upon request and for a fee!
