The stable house is a (Tiny) cottage, partially built in the old barn. You almost literally sleep in the stables!! The cottage offers privacy and has its own terrace (also covered). Your terrace is adjacent to a meadow where horses can stand. If you wish, you can also bring your own horse and stable it with us (indoors and/or outdoors). Nieuwleusen is located in the Vecht valley with villages such as Dalfsen and Ommen. The center of Zwolle is a 15-minute drive away, Giethoorn is half an hour away.

Our cozy bungalow is located in the middle of the woods of the Overijssel Vechtdal. The forest house has a beautiful sauna and a big (wild) garden of more than 1000 m2 where you can rest and enjoy all the flora and fauna. From the cottage you can walk, cycle and swim for hours. There are beautiful routes and you can easily jump in a canoe or enjoy a terrace in the lively Hanseatic town of Ommen. Het Voorhuis van onze rijksmonumentale boerderij is gerenoveerd tot een volledig luxe suite met eigen voorzieningen. De originele details, zoals de hoge plafonds, de bedstee wanden en zelfs een originele bedstee waar je in kan slapen, zijn behouden. Maar liefst 65m2 met een eigen keuken, ruime woonkamer en aparte slaapkamer met vrijstaand bad. Toilet en ruime inloopdouche. Met de optie om, tegen extra kosten, gebruik te maken van de hottub, sauna en buitendouche kom je heerlijk tot rust

In one of the quietest places in the Netherlands, you will find our completely refurbished bakery. From the yard, walk into the endless German forests or explore the area by bicycle. Beautiful places such as Ootmarsum, Hardenberg and Gramsbergen are close by, but there is also plenty to see across the border. The kitchen is fully furnished and the private terrace has a comfortable seat, barbecue, sun loungers and parasol. A luxury breakfast is available on request for €20 per person.

Relax and unwind in this cozy, charming space. From our beautiful garden spot in the Achterhoek (of over 40 m2) you overlook nature, with a view of the forest. You can hear and see many birds all day long. You sleep in a cozy loft, which you can reach by a sturdy staircase. Other facilities: you have a private entrance, a work/writing area (height adjustable), a private garden with terrace (including BBQ). Listen to music via bluetooth or record player and look around you...

Lasonders place, located in the countryside with sauna.

Our cottage is behind our house near the nature reserves of Haaksberger- en Buurserveen. Nature bath within walking distance. Enjoy the peaceful environment and beautiful walking and biking trips. Price for the sauna on request From the veranda you can enjoy a beautiful view of meadows and wooden walls. The place is suitable for 1 or 2 people. For a small fee, you will build your own campfire. There is a coal barbecue. The use of your own cooking appliances is not allowed.

Wonderful family house in the forest (6 people)

Plezier met het hele gezin in deze stijlvolle vakantiewoning. Midden in het bos staat ons heerlijke, gezellige familiehuis. Van alle gemakken voorzien, met 3 ruime slaapkamers met heerlijke bedden, keuken met kookeiland, sfeervolle woonkamer met TV / Wii, houtkachel en hele ruime tuin. Met bbq, vuurkorf en gezellige vuurplaats om fikkie te steken. Op het park zelf is een zwembad, speeltuin en een tennisbaan. Let op dit park is een stilte park. Na 22:00 geen geluid meer!

Nature lovers, take note! Relax in our vacation home, beautifully located in the middle of nature. The cottage has two cozy bedrooms: one with a comfortable double bed and the other with bunk beds. The spacious bathroom is full of comforts and the kitchen (with Nespresso coffee machine) is fully equipped. The beautiful location of our vacation home offers an abundance of peace and space. Relax on the spacious terrace and enjoy the surroundings around you.

Cottage in Haarle with beautiful unobstructed views.

On our property, on the Sallandse Heuvelrug, there is a house with a guest house diagonally behind it. The guest house (50 m2) has all the comforts. From the guest house, you overlook the beautifully landscaped garden (1 hectare in size) and the countryside. You come here for peace and for the beautiful nature. For children, the garden is a real play paradise. Haarle is located on the Sallandse Heuvelrug. You can hike and bike beautifully here.

Cozy back house in Drenthe

Our cozy back house has a fresh, contemporary look. On the ground floor, there is a room, kitchen, bathroom with toilet. Upstairs, there are two bedrooms, one of which has a double bed. All beds have M-line mattresses. It is located in our farmhouse where we live with our dear Labrador Saar. On the farm, we have two donkeys and chickens. There is a garden with various seating areas, including one with a fireplace and views of the countryside.

Welcome to Roos & Beek The cottage is wonderfully quiet in the outskirts of Vaassen on the Nijmolense stream where you can now also follow the Klompenpad of the same name. But of course you can also take a nice walk in the woods or on the heath. Within a few minutes, you can cycle to the city center, the forest or the Veluwse Bron. We have completely renovated the former bakery in a luxurious rural atmosphere. The enjoyment can begin.

Beautiful farmhouse from 1576 in the Vechtdal!

In the middle of the beautiful Vechtdal Overijssel, you will find our beautifully restored farmhouse from 1576. The farm is a national monument and is located on an old farmyard of over 20,000 m2. Organic fruits and vegetables are grown on the farm. There are horses, sheep, chickens, dogs and cats and many more wild animals. In short: a place for people and children who want to embrace the real outdoors and discover the beautiful area!
