Between walks, discoveries and rest, it is a peaceful break in the heart of a region rich in history.

You'll be staying at the foot of the Royal Fortress of Chinon. Located in the heart of Chinon's medieval old town, our studio is a clean, bright, quiet place on the ground floor looking out onto a flowered garden where you can relax during your stay. The studio has a fully equipped kitchen and dining area, bath with a shower, a double bed, a large, comfortable sofa, WIFI, and TV. Just outside the windows is a garden area with both sun and shade and tables available for you to enjoy.

Charming house completely renovated with enclosed garden, ideally located 15 min from Chinon and its fortress, canoeing and fishing, 5 min from Richelieu the medieval town (accessible by bike via the greenway), 45 min from Futuroscope or 30 min from Center Parc. Come and discover Touraine in our house located in Ile Bouchard. In this small town you will find shops: bakeries, greengrocer, pharmacy, supermarkets, market, restaurants…, as well as free access activities: playground near the house, skate park. Within a radius of about 15 km, you can discover the city of Cardinal de Richelieu, the medieval city as well as the Château de Chinon, the Château d'Azay-le-Rideau, as well as the village of Crissay-sur-Manse.

"Le Clos du Tilleul" is a 17th century farmhouse transformed into a comfortable holiday house. You will be there in the heart of the Loire Valley with easy access to all major tourist sites. The house combines the old character given by its exposed beams and stone walls, and all modern comforts. The vast garden, the boulodrome and the ping-pong table will be so many excuses to relax between two unforgettable visits in the heart of our beautiful Touraine.

Charming studio in the town center

In a 300 m2 complex, the studio, located on the left, has independent access. This is a stylish and central home, with equipped kitchen. Dating to the 17th century, the studio is the oldest part of the house with its remarkable fireplace. At the same time, we reopened the Fossé Saint Ange on January 6, 2024, a semi-gastronomic restaurant in the neighboring town of Richelieu, recently distinguished in the Michelin guide. We'd love to host you there too.
