Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Lemnos

Das kleine Haus liegt in einer ruhigen Straße, 1 Minute vom Stadtstadt entfernt! Es hat einen großen Garten, eine schöne Terrasse, ist geschmackvoll und hochwertig eingerichtet! Zur Begrüßung stand ein Essenskorb bereit! Die Kommunikation mit Aggeliki war perfekt: sehr schnelle Antwort und Hilfe! Wir haben sie leider nicht persönlich kennengelernt, aber sie war immer erreichbar! Der Check-In war kontaktlos und sehr einfach! Man kann direkt vor der Tür parken und alles sehr schnell von hier erreichen! Sowohl die Highlights des Ortes zu Fuß, als auch den Rest der Insel mit dem Auto! Jederzeit wieder!!

Nina was a wonderful host, very helpful and ensured our stay was comfortable. The studio was spotlessly clean and neat with fresh towels and linen on hand. I would highly recommend staying at Nina’s!

Εξαιρετική διαμονή! Το σπίτι εξαιρετικά φιλόξενο, βολικό και λειτουργικό, όμορφο και εναρμονισμένο με τον τόπο. Κάθε λεπτομέρεια φροντισμένη με σκέψη! Η όμορφη αυλή με το μεγάλο δέντρο, απόλαυση τη μέρα και τη νύχτα. Ιδανική τοποθεσία, απόλυτη ησυχία και ενας εξαιρετικός οικοδεσπότης. Ευχαριστούμε!

La villa con piscina è molto bella, di recente costruzione e Helena ce la ha fatta trovare pulita e in ordine. È fuori dal paese ma in una bella posizione, che consente di muoversi con l'auto verso i paesini e le spiagge. Helena è stato un ottimo host e ci ha sempre chiesto se avevamo bisogno di qualcosa. Per chi volesse soggiornare a Lemnos, la villa è una splendida soluzione. Consiglio a tutti di provarla!

Η διαμονή μας στο σπίτι του Στέλιου ήταν άψογη. Καθαρός χώρος, δικό του πάρκινγκ στον μεγάλο κήπο με τα λουλούδια και τα κηπευτικά και κυρίως η θέση: ακριβώς μπροστά (με την παρεμβολή ενός όχι ιδιαίτερα πολυσύχναστου δρόμου) σε μία από τις καλύτερες παραλίες του νησιού, κάτι που ευχαριστήθηκε πολύ ο μικρός! Αν και γειτνίαζε άμεσα με μεγάλο ξενοδοχειακό συγκρότημα η ενόχληση περιοριζόταν στα....μπαλάκια του τέννις που ευκαιριακά ξέφευγαν από τα γήπεδα του ξενοδοχείου προς τον κήπο. Οι γονείς του οικοδεσπότη που μας υποδέχτηκαν ήταν πολύ ευγενικοί ενώ και ο ίδιος αρκετά ευέλικτος με την άφιξη και την αναχώρηση κάτι που πολύ εκτιμήσαμε και τον ευχαριστούμε καθώς είχαμε βραδυνή πτήση.

We are visiting Lianne's house for a second year in a row. We felt truly welcome and enjoyed our time in Limnos, staying there. Private, well designed, clean and with great surrounding views. excellent for kite lovers and anibody who's looking for quite comfortable vacation

Welcoming friendly very positive hosts. Old house fresh renovated and top furnished to make your vacation comfortable. Kalithea is on a crossroad, so you can enjoy every day a new place on the island. It was splendid!

Super tolle Unterkunft mit viel Charme. Alles sehr gemütlich eingerichtet. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig in einem schönen kleinen Dorf gelegen. Wir sind jeden Tag zu Fuß ungefähr 25 Minuten zum tollen "Keros Beach" gelaufen. Sehr nette Gastgeber, welche uns den Aufenthalt mit einer kleinen Überraschung im Kühlschrank versüßt haben 😉 Wir können diese tolle Unterkunft zu 100 % weiterempfehlen!

Απο την πρώτη επικοινωνία φάνηκε πως δεν θα υπάρξει πρόβλημα, το σπίτι το αγαπάς με την πρωτη ματια , κ το βρήκαμε οπως στις φωτογραφίες, εν ο λίγης για να μην γράφω κατεβατό θα ξανα πήγαινα! Παρα πολυ φιλοξενοι και διακριτικοί άνθρωποι, χαμογελαστοί και ζεστοί. Κερασανε και ντοπιο σταφυλι. Ένιωθες σαν το σπιτι σου.

We arrived at Stylianos's place quite late, just after midnight and Stylianos was there expecting us, giving us clear instructions and making sure that we get to the place with safety at that time. The place is just beautiful, very serene, and had all you should expect from a stay in any place in the world. The location of the house is rather remote but this is one of the reasons we opted for this listing in the first place, just sitting there enjoying the starry night is something we really cherish. We were also hugely satisfied with Stylianos's communication skills, he was always eager to help us out by recommending places to visit, eat and have fun. I can't help but mention that the house has another huge advantage apart from the ones described above. If you're lucky you might get a surprise visit to the house's yard from a couple of kittens from the neighbour's house! We literally fell in love with them and we hope they welcome every guest that visits Stylianos's place!!!

Стаята се намира точно в центъра на селцето, близко до всички заведения. Много лесна за намиране. Помещенията бяха много чисти и всичко беше много удобно. Силно препоръчвам за приятен престой в Калиопи.

good location and all nice places in Moudros are in walking distance. the host is very helpful and proactive. you can fully rely on him for anything you would need during your staying.

Our windsurfing vacation was perfect in this Apartement. This is the best viewing point in this area with beautifull panorama. The stillness and the peace of the nature was wonderfull here. We enjoyed the sunsets from the back-terasse, and sunrises from the big terasse. We felt us in an oasis. Thank you Nikos!

Ήταν ένας άριστος οικοδεσπότης.Το κατάλυμα πεντακάθαρο.Η θέα απίστευτη μπορώ πραγματικά να πω σε κάποιον να μείνει εκεί γιατί θα μείνει ευχαριστημένος

Το σπίτι είχε την πιο ωραία τοποθεσία!! Βολικό και άνετο!! Στα υπέρ το WiFi που το είχαμε παντού μαζί μας!! Ότι χρειαστεικαμε ο κ. Νίκος και η κ. Άσπα με ένα μήνυμα ή ένα τηλέφωνο ήταν εκεί! Περάσαμε υπέροχα στην όμορφη Λήμνο... σίγουρα θα ξανά έρθουμε στο μέλλον 😀

Dimitris was a fantastic host, available at any time and willing to wait for us to check in very late at night. He provided us with valuable information concerning the island’s highlights and taverna options. The apartment is decorated with care and is furnished with more than we could expect for. We very much enjoyed the little terrace and the spacious living room but most of all it’s ideal location. Indeed, it is located in the center of the island, half an hour distance app. from the most distant highlights which is super convenient! Perfect for the kids as well since it is 50 metres from a spacious and calm square with a cozy cafe. Walking distance from a mini market as well. I definitely recommend it and only wish we could have spent a few more days there!

πολύ ωραίο διαμέρισμα με πολύ καλή θέα! η Μαριάνθη μας βοήθησε σε ότι χρειάστηκαμε και αν έχεις σκύλο είναι η καλύτερη επιλογή!!!

Ένα υπέροχο σπίτι σε ένα από τα καλύτερα μέρη του νησιού! Ησυχία, ηρεμία, με πρόσβαση σε 1΄ στην παραλία του Αη Γιάννη και μπαλκόνι με υπέροχη θέα. Το σπίτι διαθέτει τα πάντα καθώς και υπηρεσίες καθαριότητας! Όσο για τους ιδιοκτήτες, τι να πούμε, τίμησαν στο έπακρο την έννοια της "φιλοξενίας" ενώ ήταν πάντα διαθέσιμοι να μας δώσουν οποιαδήποτε πληροφορία ή οτιδήποτε ακόμη χρειαζόμαστε για την διαμονή μας! Ελπίζω ότι θα ξαναπάω στην Λήμνο γιατί την λάτρεψα και φυσικά αν θα πάω θα κοιτάξω και πάλι να μείνω στο συγκεκριμένο κατάλυμα! Ευχαριστούμε πολύ για όλα!!!!

We loved the Village & the apartment. Everything lovely. Will definitely visit Plati again. The decor lovely. Typical greek modern style. The place was a little too small for us ( personally) 2 big teenagers & 2 adults. Wished we could of stayed longer, but needed to move to next accommodation in Moudros. Thank you for lovely stay.

Όλα ήταν καθαρά και τακτοποιημένα ! Ήταν ευχάριστη η διανομή μας στο σπίτι , είχαμε όλα τα αναγκαία για τις μέρες που μείναμε …
