This beautiful home is designed and waiting for you. Is freshly renovated with cozy interior and heated pool. Almost everything is convenient 15-20 minutes drive away including Siesta Key, Downtown Sarasota and popular UTC shopping Mall. It is close to many good restaurants and coffee places. The home features a wonderful kitchen with new black stainless steel appliances, living room with TV for entertaining and dining room. Outdoor shaded patio has furniture, fire pit, TV and new grill.
