In winter, there is a cross country trail just behind the cabin, and you can go on an alpine ski just outside the cabin door and run to the ski resort. The cabin is beautifully located also for hunting, fishing and total relaxation.

This cozy cottage is located on the small farm Reiremo which is located at the entrance to Heimfjellet. It is 6 km to Lalm from here, and 6 km down to Heidal. The cabin is surrounded by beautiful nature with hiking opportunities on all sides. There is also an extensive network of groomed ski trails not far from the cabin. The area also has hunting and fishing opportunities. The cabin has six beds, a room with a family bed and a single bed and a room with a double bed, and otherwise what you need to enjoy a stay with us.

Fint og fredelig overnattingssted med sentral beliggenhet ved foten av Jotunheimen. Moderne hytte med høg standard. Hytta ligger fint til med god parkeringsplass og rett ved skianlegget. Det er en kort spasertur til Lemonsjøen Fjellstue her serveres det gode lunsjer og middagsretter, her er også sykkelutleie og mange flott løyper like ved. Kalven Sæter urban kaffebar er også verdt et besøk. Kun en kort kjøretur unna hytta ligger kjente turmål som Besseggen, Galdhøpiggen og Glittertind.

By further agreement, the canoe can be lent to the tenant. The area is an eldorado for mountain fishing.

The historical farm Nigard Kvarberg

The historical farm Nigard Kvarberg is beautifully located with a panorama view of Jotunheimen, in the middle of the vibrant and authentic cultural landscape of the mountain village Vågå. You will stay in Øverstuggu, one of about 50 buildings in the historical Kvarberg farm. The first floor is preserved as it was when the house was built, while the second floor is renovated securing our guests a comfortable stay. Welcome to farm!

Renovated cowshed from the 1800s. The barn is part of a small courtyard and is conveniently located with a short distance to many national parks. New cabin, completed in Sept 2023, is rented out. Lemonsjøen is called the gateway to Jotunheimen. Here there are opportunities for those who like mountains and nature. Cross-country ski trails are just outside the door, and a short drive to the alpine slope. Quiet and peaceful area, with lots of wildlife right outside the cabin wall. NB: Pets are not allowed due to allergies.
