The apartment is located on the edge of a small village in an absolutely quiet location surrounded by lush green meadows and forests. The house is located about 15 / 20 minutes by car from some of the areas finest ski resorts like Mellau / Damüls, about 35 / 40 minutes to Austrias best and largest ski destination, the Arlberg, which is connected via Schröcken / Warth by direct cable car connection.

The former farm offers about 120 m² of idyllic living space all to yourself. There are three cozy, simple bedrooms, an old farmhouse kitchen with wood stove and a quaint farmhouse parlor with a tile stove, which invites you to cozy hours. The bathroom is rustically furnished and has a beautiful wooden floor. They do not expect luxury in our house, but a cozy and loving atmosphere as in grandmother's times. Old but GOLD

Old town Villa | "Neuschwanstein"

At the edge of the medieval old town, immediately at the historical city wall, our 4-room-apartment is located on the first floor of a luxurios old town art nouveau villa, which is under monumental protection. The villa was completely renovated in 2015. The villa is in the heart of Füssen, just a stone´s throw from the old town and Füssen´s main station. The bus station to Schloss Neuschwanstein is only meters away.
