The house is very nice with a great lake view. Spacious and clean, with a beautiful garden and pool. Location is very quiet and you need to drive to the more touristy places in Como but we definitely liked that!

Thank Serenella for hosting us. The apartment was pristine, view was beautiful, basket was full of complimentary items. Anyone that needs some time to collect themselves and be away from civilizition and think things through, this is the spot! Thanks again .

The accommodation is beautiful - the fantastic view the absolute highlight. The premises are super divided & the house is very charming. Would book again immediately! Only the parking situation is a bit difficult. It's not easy to find a parking spot.

Comfortable and cozy house with a quiet internal garden that offers a crazy view of the lake. It was a regenerating and relaxing stay.

Clean and tidy apartment, quiet and convenient area to get to Lecco and Bellagio, the host was available for some questions we asked, there were 2 of us but 4 people can stay comfortably.

Beautiful surroundings and well-worth the walk into town (there’s a very easy/safe path from this property into town - just expect to get some good exercise walking back up).

The host Andrea was really very nice and always helpful. He was quick to respond to messages. I can really only recommend it. Varenna is very easy to reach by bus/shuttle bus. It was as described in the photos :)

Had a super good experience! Brand new apartment with fantastic views, delicious breakfast, good instructions and delicious bath with beautiful views. Super customer experience and the host goes that extra mile to make you feel at home and pamper you. If we had to mention a downside, it was the quality of the food ordered, which was somewhat lacking in quality. Keep it up!

Alessandra was absolutely amazing, not only while we were there, but leading up to our stay. It felt like we made a friend in Italy. She was friendly, communicative, and helpful! The airline lost our bags and she kept checking in to see if we had an update. She truly went above and beyond! The Airbnb was so clean and welcoming! Right across the street from Lake Como! Beautiful area! Would recommend to anyone!

beautiful location. i prefer varnessa to belagio. flat is just the right size for a couple. if there's anything I want to mention is that it's in a much higher location than I expected. one would definitely need a car for more frequent visit to the town below. the host is so friendly and always available and responsive.

I stayed here while visiting Lake Como and honestly couldn’t have asked for more. The place was beautiful, super comfortable, and exactly what I needed. Everything was smooth and easy, and it really felt like a little escape. Would 100% recommend.

This home was honestly such a dream! The host was easy to work with and provided a very helpful video for check in. The parking lot/suitable drop off point for a driver is a bit of a distance from the house, on a cobblestone walkway with stairs along the way. It was a lot of work to get my luggage to the house but SO WORTH IT! It’s absolutely gorgeous and as pictured. The outdoor areas are all stunning and lush - I loved sitting outside for coffee, breakfast, and watching the sunset in the evenings (but bring bug spray)! It rained most of my stay so I didn’t use the jacuzzi or outdoor shower much, but they were functional (I checked) and looked lovely. The ferry station and bus stops are about a 5 min walk away and a local market around 3 minutes away. The couple that owns the store was so sweet! I walked to 3 different restaurants nearby for dinner. They were within 3-15 minutes walking distance and wonderful food! This will absolutely be my first choice for a future Lake Como stay!

Wonderful private and gorgeous retreat high up on the hillside. RENT A CAR. We did, but only last minute and initially had planned to uber to and from the Airbnb both for arrival and departure as well as just day trips; this would have been a mistake, it is 12-14 minutes up the hill from the town. If you have a rental car and are comfortable driving up steep roads, it is a fun adventure and the views make it well worth the trek. The space itself is second to none. Gorgeous pool with million dollar views, several levels of terraces with sun chairs, outdoor eating areas, and the home itself is inviting and comfortable.

The house is very neat and tidy with spectacular view of the mountain and lake from the huge balcony. Antonio is a great host : he is super friendly, provided information with clear instructions and picture, speeded up process for us to check in. Thank you for making our stay in Bellagio so warm and memorable.

Costa was the best AirBnb host we have ever had. Very responsive and Costa even helped jump start our car when the battery died, what a legend. Thank you Costa. The property is brilliant, unbelievable view. Nice local restaurants and the bus stop is right outside. Would 100% recommend.

Clean, modernly furnished and equipped with everything you need for a relaxing stay. The location is fantastically beautiful, quiet and perfectly suited for walks, excursions or simply to unwind. The check-in went smoothly, the communication with the host was friendly and uncomplicated. We felt very comfortable from the first moment and would have liked to stay longer. I had a wonderful stay at this charming home! The peaceful atmosphere, surrounded by nature, made for a truly relaxing getaway. We were there for a family wedding which was nearby so was the perfect location. The building had been an old monastery which has been sympathetically and very tastefully renovated it was fantastic we had our own courtyard with loungers table and chairs, beautiful touches throughout can’t rate our stay highly enough 100%. What stood out was Luca himself he helped us enormously. We had a family dinner planned in the neighbouring town but found it impossible to get a taxi bearing in mind it was a Sunday and maybe not as many available even Luca tried but no luck so he took us in his car to the venue which I thought was amazing khe also helped to carry our luggage when we arrived and when we left very very helpful.5stars for the house and 6stars for the host.

House near the lake, villa balbiniello. The house is functional, well decorated and impeccable (probably recently remodeled). Instructions are clear and Davide is available. everything was really perfect.

Glenda was one of the best hosts we had in Italy. She was so kind, responsive, great restaurant reservations and even changes we had to make. We loved her outside decks it was so peaceful and beautiful. We would go back again. I call her my friend if she comes tomorrow visit us in California. Love her. Very knowledgeable of the region when the travel guide she developed. Amazing resources. Thank you Glenda.

My only regret is that we can’t give 6 stars on the evaluation and that since we want to come back it hurts me to advertise it to others!! Frankly, a part from the place which is a little jewel, the calmness of the surroundings, the spectacular lake Como, what we appreciated the most is the kindness and proactivity of our hosts. They truly embody the ideal concept of what Airbnb should always be. Thanks to the whole family
