Smoking-friendly holiday rentals in Lens

Good things: - Lovely apartment in a great location close to bus station, supermarket, restaurants/bars, shops etc. - Very comfortable bed and lots of storage space. - Having the ski locker right outside the door of the apartment is super convenient. - Really quiet, especially for Chamonix Sud which can be quite rowdy at times. On the downside: - Kitchen arrangement is a bit inconvenient with most useful things on the opposite side of the island to the kitchen workspace, but it's easy enough to move things around once you're there. - It would be good to have tables/shelves beside the bed and a coffee table or similar by the sofa to put drinks, phones, books etc. on The only other comment I'd make is that if you're very short (as I am!) some things are rather high up to use comfortably/reach! - the kitchen and the bathroom basin in particular.

we had a really good stay here. location is excellent - short walk to either town , or Planards where the (little) kids were for ski school, yet away from the main road. The Apartment was clean, smart and comfortable. Checkin instructions were clear and timely and they were quick to respond to any questions we had during the week. Would certainly stay again!

Very cozy apartment. Perfect for sleeping and great location to explore Chamonix ski area. Jean-Luc also was very responsive and provided excellent tips & information.

Wonderful location. Greatly enjoyed the location to town/train. Very spacious and full of all that we needed. No complaints and great hosts! Highly recommend.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour ! La vue est absolument sublime et reposante , l’accès au balcon se fait par toutes les pièces, c’est vraiment pratique et agréable ! Le logement, bien que vieillissant, est impeccable et assez fonctionnel . Notre hôte a été très accueillante et nous a recommandé des activité autour . Nous recommandons !

Le chalet de Xavier a été notre petit coin de paradis pour un week-end qui nous a permis de déconnecter complètement de la vie quotidienne. Le bain nordique était chaud à notre arrivée et le lendemain nous avons pu profiter du sauna (et à nouveau du bain nordique). Le logement qui a beaucoup de charme bénéficie d'une vue exceptionnelle. "A revenir" sans aucune hésitation. MERCI !

Very quiet and peaceful place close to the waterfront and Aquaparc. We were not sure when we would arrive and this was not a problem. The house has large grounds with a farmyard feeling - the kids loved the cat and the chickens! Everyone was very friendly and helpful. The hosts went above and beyond, and even babysat one of the kids for half an hour.

What a beautiful location! We felt right at home the moment we checked-in. All details provided in the listing are true and the hosts were very helpful throughout the stay! We also found very thoughtful bits and food left for us at home that instantly made us feel so welcomed.

Magnifique séjour. À refaire en toutes saisons

Le chalet est bien pour un séjour en famille. Il faut bien penser à prendre des draps et des linges. Il est idéalement situé car on peut accéder à tout à pied (restaurants, cabines, place de jeux, divers commerces).

Merci Sabrina pour votre accueil bienveillant et votre réactivité quand nous vous avons posé des questions. Superbe maison pour y aller entre amis ou famille. La vue est magnifique!

Fantastisch huis van alle gemakken voorzien en in een prachtige omgeving. Zeer groot huis, goed uitgeruste keuken, en sleetjes om te lenen

Great place and great host. The apartment was clean and had everything I needed, including a fully furnished kitchen. The host was very attentive and made sure everything was perfect. The view of the valley and mountains was stunning, and the convenience of parking right in front was a plus as well as, which is not the case for the more central apartments. Still close to the center and the location was peaceful and easy to access.

L'appartement est splendide, parfaitement conforme aux photos et à la description, très propre et très comfortable. La vue des alpes depuis le séjour est magnifique! La position est à peine à 10 minutes à pied du centre de Montana, mais il est aussi possible de rejoindre le village avec un bus (gratuit) dont l'arrêt est juste devant l'entrée. Esther a été une host parfaite. Très amicable, elle s'est prodiguée beaucoup pour rendre notre séjour memorable (merci!). Conseillé au 100%.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans l'appartement de Mimmo. Il est plus grand que la moyenne pour un appartement au ski. Nous avons apprécié de pouvoir dormir dans 2 pièces différentes. Le parking de l'immeuble était inacessible, mais il y a des places disponibles juste devant l'entrée. L'accès aux pistes est possible rapidement pour les bons skieurs en traversant la forêt sur une courte distance. La vue sur le Cervin depuis l'appartement est magnifique.

Mycket bra lägenhet och läge om man vill lite mindre. Två synpunkter man bör tänka på. Duschen väldigt liten och det saknas en microugn. Annars fungerar allt utmärkt.

Small apartment but just enough for three persons. Well enough equipped, a handy ski locker at the first floor. Balcony with beautiful scenery. Parking places beside the house. Apartment was quiet at least during our stay. Overall, very good location only 50-100 meters to the ski-lift and some 200 meters from the village center with many restaurants. Generically, beware of italian locks: we were not able to open the door from outside when there was a key in the lock inside. I believe this is an italian thing and the host solved this issue promptly while we were skiing. Thank you for the pleasant stay!

Great place, traditionally furnished and decorated, very very close to the Arnouva ski lift so excellent if you have children in ski school. We were 4 adults and 2 children. The apartment is warm and the bedroom/bathroom ratio and layout was great. The kitchen is small but has everything you need and the social space too worked well for us. There were lots of DVD's which the children were able to watch in English - relaxing for them and therefore us after a day on the mountain. The ice rink in Montana is an alternative for a reasonable price and walkable from the apartment. We would definitely stay here again.
