Located in an ancient building, in the heart of the historic center less than 50 meters from Piazza Duomo, 100 meters from the beach, less than 10 meters from bars,restaurants and shops. It consists of a separate apartment with: kitchen/living room, double bedroom with armchair that also becomes a single bed, private toilet. Comfortable, bright, quiet, equipped with all the comforts. The accommodation has been completely renovated with quality materials, air conditioning and many other amenities.

Collesano is located just a few kilometers from the stunning green mountain views of the Madonie Mountains, the seaside and town of Cefalu, as well as close proximity to Palermo. Secure and safe parking available. Large Terrace with panoramic views to enjoy daily coffee/meals while taking in the landscape. Air Conditioner only in the main bedroom with Queen size bed. The other 2 bedrooms only have a portable fan.
