Holiday rentals with a fire pit in Leopoldstadt

Guter Gastgeber, der sehr gut erreichbar ist. Anliegen wurden ernst genommen und umgehend nach Lösungen gesucht. Die Unterkunft ist ruhig gelegen und perfekt für Gruppen von 5-10 Personen. Das Haus ist riesig und es gibt viele Bereiche, wo man gemeinsam sitzen kann. Der Bus (38a) zum Wiener U-Bahn-Netz und Supermärkte sind innerhalb von 10 min. fußläufig erreichbar. Der Bus fährt tagsüber ca. alle 10 min. und auch nachts. Man benötigt ca. 30 min. in die Wiener Innenstadt. In der näheren Umgebung des Hauses gibt es schöne Lokale zum Einkehren. Wir waren sehr zufrieden.

Die Unterkunft von Michael war super. Meine Monteure waren voll begeistert. Es entsprach alles wie beschrieben. Sehr große Unterkunft mit super ruhiger Lage. Immer wieder gerne.

* Location: peaceful surrondings, private garden, huge park nearby, clean air * House: clean, well equipped, we felt right at home, quality & comfortable furnitures. The private garage was a big plus as well * Host: kind, helpful, quick to respond to messages * Overall: the best place I have stayed in Vienna so far. Highly recommended to all!

Super séjour ! L’équipe est réactive et disponible

Awesome, cozy place and a superb host. We got delayed in traffic and even at 10PM late arrival Daniela was there to welcome us in person. It is a safe and secure neighborhood, With secure private parking only 15Min drive to the City center. Ideal for family with kids and also a lot of open space and a beautiful east facing sunny terrace.

We stayed at Peter and Mariyas for the Taylor swift concert that was sadly cancelled but they made our trip to Vienna so nice!!! Gave us many recommendations and brought us bottles of Prosecco to make up for the cancelled concert! Even brought a AC unit over when it was warmer. They really went above and beyond for us!! We are so appreciative!

Angela was a great host and her place was perfect for our short city trip! Everything was spotless and practical, we could check in earlier than usual… our needs have been met perfectly. The location of the house is not very central, but you can walk to the train station which is not that far away and catch the train to Vienna (you‘ll be there in 15mins). Sadly we couldn’t try the pool as we only stayed a couple of days, but we‘ll surely catch up our next time in Vienna!

Très agréable séjour de 4 nuits. Très facile d’atteindre Vienne en métro (20min). Kaokao est très facile à joindre avant et pendant le séjour.

Fue una muy buena estadía, el lugar cómodo, limpio, bien equipado, bonito entorno de jardín, muy bien ubicado, a pasos del metro y barrio tranquilo con buen servicio de todo tipo… No fue fácil encontrar “caja de llave”, no había fotografía de ella y a lo mejor sería bueno incluir una fotografía al dar instrucciones de check in; y si bien el departamento estaba muy bien montado, las fotos no eran exactamente como la realidad (ni baño; ni luminosidad del espacio). En todo caso, fue una grata experiencia y lo recomiendo.

War alles wie beschrieben, schöne und saubere Unterkunft.

Es war für uns ein toller Aufenthalt bei Christa und Chris. Besonders der Pool in einem wunderschönen Garten hatte es uns angetan. Die Stadtnähe zu Wien ist perfekt. Außerdem ganz interessante Ausflugsziele im Wienerwald, wie Heiligenkreuz, Baden oder Laxenburg. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Tolle Lage und Ausstattung. Der Pool ist das Highlight. U-bahn Station in der Nähe, es wird aber auch ein kostenloser Tiefgaragen Stellplatz angeboten.

Was eine schöne und tolle Wohnung! Sie ist noch schöner als auf den Bildern, mit Liebe zum Detail außerordentlich geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Wir haben uns sofort sehr wohl und zuhause gefühlt. Die Lage ist wunderbar. Wir haben die inneren Bezirke alle zu Fuß erkundigt. Und am Morgen den ersten Kaffee darußen in dem kleinen Pation zu trinken war ein wunderbarer Start in den Tag. Stella war äußert hilfsbereit, zuvorkommend und unterstützend - sie hat uns sogar noch nach Check-out untersützt, als am Bahnhof geklemmt hat. Ich kann die Wohnung sehr empfehlen und würde sie jederzeit wieder buchen.

Die Wohnung ist hell, ruhig und super eingerichtet – man fühlt sich sofort willkommen. Besonders positiv hervorzuheben ist der freundliche und zuvorkommende Vermieter, der uns bei Fragen jederzeit unterstützt hat. Ein großes Plus ist die perfekte Lage: das Schloss Schönbrunn ist bequem zu Fuß erreichbar, was unseren Aufenthalt besonders angenehm gemacht hat. Alles in allem eine tolle Unterkunft, die wir jederzeit gerne wieder buchen würden!
