Newly-built house (2016) located right next to the water. 40 sqm+20 sqm loft and a 12-sqm glass-enclosed room (not winter-insulated) The house is very bright and fresh, and has an incredible view. There is one bedroom with a double bed, and bathroom with shower and washing machine. There is a sleeping loft with 3 x 90-cm beds. There is a possibility to borrow a child's cot. 10 km from Karlskoga city center, where there are restaurants and shops. Nearest grocery store, 4 km In the living room/kitchen you can enjoy the view but also enjoy sitting in front of the woodstove

House on the Farm

Here you can experience the silence and take a break from life. Close to nature and swimming. In the house, there is an electric sauna and access to a spa bath outside. At our own lake, you can enjoy a wood-fired sauna and swimming in the lake, why not a trip on the lake with the raft in silence. Access to 2 bicycles is available, for a ride in the surroundings. No smoking indoors in the entire property, smoking outdoors allowed. In winter, we charge a fee of SEK 200 for ice hole making if guests wish to swim in the winter

Här finns allt du behöver från dusch, badkar och tvättmaskin till TV och sällskapsspel för regniga dagar. Är det varmt finns AC och brygga som delas med grannarna 2 min promenad från huset. I stora sovrummet finns en dubbelsäng (180cm) samt en 105cm säng. I lilla sovrummet finns en 140cm säng. Soffan i uterummet bäddas lätt ut till två extra sovplatser.
