Stay cozy and peaceful in an old half-timbered house from the 1800s. The location is rural with animals and nature just outside the door but at the same time close to the city, restaurants, restaurants, entertainment, shopping and beach/swimming. Here you live quietly and spaciously in about 120 sqm with 2 bedrooms, kitchen, large living room with sofa, TV and dining area as well as bathroom with toilet, shower, washing machine & dryer. Next to the house is a leafy, private patio with barbecue right next to pastures with sheep and horses. You can park your car just outside.

Stay in Loftet via Brännans Gård

At our neighboring farm Valla Gård, you can now stay in "Loftet", an apartment that has been decorated up in the stable's old granary. Here, the style is a bit Aspen-inspired with brown-stained new wooden walls while a gable wall has been allowed to retain its original board planks. The old granary staircase is also preserved, which makes the upstairs master bedroom less suitable for small children, but very cozy for anyone who can handle a steeper staircase. 2 bedrooms with room for up to five people, private kitchen, bathroom and living room.

Bikes are available to borrow for both adults and children so you can get around Viken and Lerberget. Also plenty of parking.

Välkommen till vår mysiga loftstuga, byggd 2021! Du bor avskilt med uteplats i väster i vår trådgård. Stugan är 24 kvm+ 9 kvm sovloft med två 140 madrasser. Stege. Det finns ett sovrum, sovloft, allrum med bäddsoffa och kök och ett badrum. Det ingår lakan och handdukar. Vi stoppar in lite frukostmat i kyl,frys och skafferi, som en start. Huset är ca 110kvm med fantastisk havsutsikt och egen trädgård. Tre sovrum med två sängplatser i vardera plus 2 extra sängplatser i bäddsoffa och 1 extra i bäddfåtölj. 2 badrum, ett med badkar och ett med dusch. Fullt möblerat hus. Lakan och handdukar tas med själv eller kan bokas till en kostnad av 150kr/15€ per person kontant swish eller via airbnb. Det finns tvättmaskin torktumlare och diskmaskin samt även fiber Wi-Fi. Tv med Apple tv Går man över vägen kommer man ner till sandstrand.

This Beach house is situated directly to the beach with a 180 degree view to Sweden and Kronborg. Great pleasure activities (the sea, the forest, lakes, Kronborg Castle and Søfartsmuseet (Unesco Attraction). You will love this house due to he fabulous sea view, direct assess to the sea and the light. On the other side of the road is the preserved forest Teglstruphegn with large old oak trees. Very romantic. This is a place to be mindfull. Many guests just stay to enjoy the view all seasons.

Mitt i Gamla Lerberget, ca 100 m från stranden: Ett eget litet hus med en egen trädgård uppfart i direkt anslutning. Fruktträd, rosor, smultron och perenner möter dig på din väg in och på uteplatsen finns vilstolar och plats för avkoppling eller måltider. Gamla Lerberget är en av de pittoreska fiskebyarna längs med Kullabygdens kust. En underbar semesterplats.
